She'd definitely be a boss (albeit a minor one), and she'd drop her cloak (rare). What does it do? Aside from looking cool, I dunno.

Is there variation amongst the loot? Are they a boss character that drops rare loot, or a mob character that drops common loot? Let me know!
I'll go first – Lucid would drop black teeth (common) and sometimes those big yellow smiley face stickers (uncommon).

Yukiya would probably drop his Eminem's album collections (He's a hardcore fan of his, and such a weeb). If this one is considered as common, the rarer ones would be his Vinyl album collections. As for the junks, it would be Monster Energy drink cans, or maybe some big Macs, lol.

In addition Myra would be one of those midbosses you fight half way through the game, have an unskippable cut-scene beforehand and have a 1/255 chance of dropping a super rare item that can only get the chance of getting once and will force you to reset you game constantly.

Get lucky and you can find an uncommon blue collar bind-on-account item that gives a +1 to defense against fleas
Together everything can be sold for 5 copper at your local inn
Kaylee: a lipstick (might on occation be an enchanted one, with a glamour spell on it), a starbucks coffee, a ghost in a bottle, a purse that is bigger on the inside, a comb.
Raina: an beer bottle (most of the times empty, might sometimes be a full one), a leather jacket with protective enchantments, a subway card.
Krista would most likely be some sort of endgame boss, but not the final boss.
She'd probably drop (or have the chance to drop)...
