I just choose a flower that I think your oc fits. It might be design wise or flower language wise (I'm not an expert so don't yell at me if its wrong GFSYDSFS) etc. this is fun ww
Hey if I can teach you about flowers, that's pretty cool. Also I'm fine with repeats (you already got a flower, but you wanna do it with a different character.) Just wait a bit so it's fair for everyone :).
These are Streptocarpus/Cape Primrose (Targa). They remind me of your character's colors. They usually represent youth and longevity and I thought this flower could work because of their extended lifespan. I'm also pretty sure they also attract birds too! So I thought this flower could work because of your character's backstory and their ability to attract birds!

This one is kinda a plant and flower. But I'm still gonna mention so, I think Doll's eyes would be cool. Heres a video on them if you're interested! They're really cool!
I'm gonna explain the Japanese context of this flower since I can actually understand Japanese! But I'm a foreigner so, don't 100% trust me. But from what I understand Carnation (Romanji: Kaneshon/カーネーション) in Japan are commonly giving to loved ones and significant others. I think this fits because your character wants to find the right one and like watching romances ;). 
The Cnidoscolus stimulosus. It seems like a normal flower but in reality, it's actually not safe to touch. This is due to the needles it have and can cause irritation or worse. I thought this flower could work because of the hair and ability.
I was originally gonna say a floribunda rose actually HAHA. But I wanna give you a different flower! So I think Gold Coin Daisy due to warm colors and the yellow scheme in Rozelle's outfit. I also thought the gold coin could represent the treasure hunting your character does!
Dracurine both of those flowers are lovely! The golden coin daisy is a brilliant choice, very fitting, Thank you!
