Nobody likes rules, but unfortunately we need them
- NO NSFW. You can flirt with him if you want but be aware he is married and will probably not take too nicely to it lol
- For the sake of stress, please don't join another rp in this thread, it gets confusing for me and can easily stress me out.
- No triggering topics, like heavy descriptions of self-harm/suicidal stuff. Fight scenes are ok
- Feel free to reply to my replies or submit multiple ocs (replying to me is heavily encouraged for an rp!)
- Ask if you want to make it into a full fledged rp (with me introducing more characters n stuff because I will only use Sunny in this thread)
- You may also ask to interact with his teenage form, but be aware he is VERY aggressive and I do not think anything he says, I love all of you guys' ocs <3
PROMPT (opt to use)
[YOUR OC] was selected by a secret organisation to go into space and investigate a planet far away from their own. Boarding the space ship, they are told the rules and what to do in need of an emergency. There were no other people going alongside them, just them and themselves. They have heard the rumors of a large space dragon that appeared to have a mane of pure fire, but they never believed the legends, after all, they're just silly stories, right? They are given equipment and swiftly sent off to space to begin the mission.
But, disaster strikes. Shortly after leaving their planet's atmosphere, the spaceship begins to fall apart quickly. Attempts to contact the organisation proved futile, and after a few minutes of floating around uncontrollably in space, your oc realises that the organisation had sent them up there to die. There was no mission, this was just a death sentence. However, they caught a flash of what looked like fire in the corner of their eye. Turning around, they were met with a giant dragon, quickly realising that this was the beast in the rumours, King Sunny Starsight, and now he was staring right down at them.
What does your oc do?
Sunny chuckled at the silly tone, before following them out of the cave - ducking his head a little to avoid hitting it against the roof once again.
"I can't fathom those who would enjoy it." Ruth's eyelids drooped. "But anyways... Let's talk about something else, shall we? This talk is making the atmosphere depressing." She glanced around at the others in the room, who had overheard their discussion and now had saddened looks of their own.
The Shaman let Sunny pick him up as unfortunately, he had no powers. "Now that you know more and the truth is out... I think it's about time I taught you to be a Goddess... and one of the things you must learn, is how to harness your deity form... once we are out of the atmosphere, I will show you mine" Her grandfather spoke.
(I haven't said his name in forever w o ah her grandpa's fake name is Joel Clouds lol)
Sunny gently picked up the shaman and lifted into the air to begin the flight back to the Palace. He glanced to the other two, waiting for them to be ready.
"Alright! So, uh-" Ruth began, before falling silent as she realised she didn't know what to say. She glanced to the others in her group, who simply shrugged.
Sunny flew up and into Space, taking a moment to figure out their surroundings before heading off in the direction of the Palace.
"Hmm..." Ruth thought for a moment, scratching her head. "What kind of magic can you do?" She then asked, after a few minutes.
"As a shaman, I have a variety of abilities associated with the elements themselves." Kutik explains
Joel continued after him, flying quickly. Soon, he smiled and glided. "You ready?" He asked his granddaughter and she smiled and nodded, clearly excited. He closed his eyes as if reciting a study in his head, his fur began to glow and he morphed quickly into his deity form, he became nearly as big as Sunny yet of course smaller. His fur glowed and waved like a crystal sea, his ears long with tufts at the end, his eyes were a solid white with a soft glow. "My love, this is what you will become in time... once you take my place this form is a signature look!" He purred enthusiastically. Chimera was in awe at what her grandfather had become.
"Wait, so that means you have more than two alignments?" Ruth narrowed her eyes. "But isn't that supposed to be impossible?"
Sunny had been focused on flying - that is, until the bright lights coupled with the transformation distracted him; dragging his gaze over as he turned to face Joel, sapphire eyes wide. He was enamoured, to say the least, no dragon had ever glowed as bright back home.
"Gorgeous!" He found himself spluttering out, before retreating a little out of embarrassment.
"Not for me." Kutik said. "Shamanism does not involve enslaving the elements. Rather, we honor them. And whenever we heed their call, they answer."
He chuckled softly as Chimera stared in awe. "That's so cool!" She squeaked. "You will be able to turn into one too, my love.. will you try now?" Chimera was unsure, she didn't have experience but would be happy to try anyway. "Sure!... what do I do first?" She asked. He instructed her on how to relax and open up her heart. She tried, focusing as soon the same pair of wings appeared from her shoulders.
"We don't 'enslave' our powers, we simply are born with them - if that's what you were implying." Ruth's facial expression seemed to grow colder. "And it's impossible for someone here to have more than two elements, but then again, you aren't from here."
Sunny watched on in curiosity as Chimera grew wings, intrigued. He cocked his head a little, remaining silent as he awaited what would happen next.
She remained as she was, focusing hard on her thoughts. Her wings were just like her grandfather's, double and translucent. She opened her eyes, smiling giddily as she flapped her new set of wings gently.
