What it says on the can! Give me any characters you have that have a specifically set accent, any characters that have a speech impediment, or a mix thereof!
I'll start. Togore here, my IC, I've decided to have an Icelandic accent (Due to headcanons on locations and such)
He has the fictional equivalent as a VERY THICK Scottish accent, but as his comrades can hardly understand him he has trained himself to speak slowly and monotonously such that he doesn't have to repeat himself all the time
japanese (Kyō-kotoba). she spend some years at the entertainment district around edo period then a foreigners buy her at the age of 10 for his sister personal maid.
she good at house chores but not that great at the entertainment part when she at the tea house
her accent are thick despite has been live for a long time.
I have no idea if any of these count:
- His accent changes depending on emotion (I have no idea how, it just happens)
Example: Russian accent when annoyed or goofing off
- Selectively mute
- Slight stutter
