He's a mafioso so he does all the dirty jobs for the mafia, including killing their enemies! He's pretty nonchalant about his work, to him it's just another order from the boss, although he doesn't really value human life either.

He's not the typical kind of killer you'd expect since he blends into society so well. He's a Physician who takes thrill in poisoning his unsuspecting patients, getting away with it since he's already earned the trust of so many as a high-functioning sociopath. He later takes an interest and delves into more brutal methods of killing once he meets his soon to be lover, who also happens to be a ruthless killer.

it's not really stated anywhere, but angie has prrrrrrrobably killed people

in the au's storyline she had slowly gained ghetsis's trust and had been slowly poisoning him, with her goal being to become the supreme ruler of team plasma and then all of unova
aaaaand then she got gutted by her arch-nemesis and died before she could execute her plan but honestly ? she deserved to win she had a not so great life and she deserved to become an all ruling queen of the country :/
The whole Amberlends story is full of killers but I had to chose Jasper because he killed his parents, and other people in many ways and attempted killing his sister and her boyfriend at the time--

If you aren't familiar with the Guardians of Ga'hoole series, basically he's part of a organization (The Pure Ones) that holds the belief that barn owls are the highest of all the owl species. The first owl he killed was his step-father because they didn't get along and he had to in order to join, and then he killed another owl to move up in the ranks. And then probably a lot of other owls, I haven't actually gotten around to writing about him in a while :;0
