Jess would probably smell like gasoline and brimstone if you caught her in action, I guess, but when she's cleaned up she typically prefers notes of sandalwood and tends to have a lingering smell of smoke around her. (House fire smoke as opposed to tobacco smoke.). Nothing too fancy, but rustic and just... her.
What's interesting to note is that the house fire smell is because her girlfriends are abysmal cooks. Jess does all of the cooking.
