Oh look, another oddly specific character question! Feel free to state how they usually smell like or if it suddenly changes if they're doing a certain hobby or something.

Male fruit bats in particular give off a smell for marking territory. Though Norton is by no feral, he still has just a bit of what he calls a "batty essence" and rubs his shoulders on areas he is a lot to feel more comfortable.
This isn't a strong or bad smell however. He smells like an earthy vanilla.
Very often she winds up smelling like icing, breads or other baked goods from work. Though mostly her vanilla or floral perfume when she's not working. :3
Mandy smells like tobacco, patchouli, and rose, probably with a small hint of caffeine now and then.
She doesn't bother dirtying herself with direct meddling with "the product" (currently imagining her to be indirectly interfering w/ stuff as a mafia boss after taking out the old one), but haven't decided what "the product" is exactly, yet. Maybe rare candy sales or something that works differently in the gijinka world.
Demi on the other hand is a bit of a toughie!
The fragrance of Meganium's flower soothes and calms emotions, but no canon smell has been exactly provided. (Kind of hard to on a visual medium outside of the creators literally saying something...) However, we do know that chikorita smells sweet, the fragrance from bayleef is a bit spicier (especially around the 'bulbs' around the neck, from what I remember) and Meganium has a pleasant, warm smell. The reason all of this is important is that it relates to several pokedex entries about the pokemon so I can only really theorise what a meganium might smell like. Bayleef's spicy leaves also make someone want to fight, and there's ginseng in pokemon that is "A consumable item that boosts the power of the set move" (sic) (source) so I theorise that maybe comes from bayleef or something? I don't really know.
I like to think due to her age, she probably still has a bit of the spicy scent from when she was a bayleef under that, but maybe it lingers anyway.
My headcanon is hibiscus, spices and maybe notes of coconut, mango and/or guava in the mix somewhere to bind it all together.
Aly smells very fruity and floral, with hints of blackberry, grapefruit and pear, with jasmine, lychee and blue wisteria mixed in. Bit of white woods/musk and coconut water in there too, combined with coconut smells from hair care and soap etc.
Under (or sometimes over) all of that is the smell of ozone, which is what I imagine arcane smells like, since she's a very... involved mage, where magic's concerned.
I based her scent on what would be her favourite perfume as I'd like to imagine there's an alchemist or something in the perfume business, tbh, considering perfume stuff exists in great detail with the Valentine's WoW event as is. But to be fair I use this perfume method a lot as it gives me ideas of what sort of characters might smell like what, but also what goes together, as my nose doesnt work too well irl! ^^;
... ffs I forgot Sorenis's mostly, but I know he has a hint of lemon in there somewhere, partly because he likes to clean but also because his boyfriend loves lemon.
Probably some pepper and cedar in there somewhere, but I'll need to pull his notes up later. Reminder to self to update this when I do..

I was also thinking crayons for this gal as it happens! Maybe with a hint that depends on what color it is. So the red bits might smell like strawberry, which then fades to pumpkin when it gets to the orange bit, banana (like the foam ones, the extinct ones) when it gets to yellow, green is maybe kiwi or lime, etc... which then means blue is blueberry and the purples fade to a grape smell.
Maybe that's too much at once though - maybe she just subtly fades between the 'accent' smells on top of the crayon smell based on her mood or something, but I'm worried I'm harkening back to the 2006's-ish mary sue trait of the hair colours changing idk idk lmao.
And maybe her hair is like argan oil. Which is simpler I get it :p
