Hi hi! Sorry! I forgot to remove a character from the world before transferring it to its new owner, is there a place to mention them so that they can be removed? If there is and I'm just missing it I'm so sorry ;; I've made sure to remove other characters who haven't been transferred yet but are pending to avoid this mistake again ;;

No need to apologize, sometimes it just slips your mind! Unfortunately we do not have a place specifically for that (yet). But you can send the link to the character here (or to me in DMs) and I can remove them from the world.

Hey there! Sent a join request for this world, made a bulletin. It says I “cannot contact this world” and I’m not sure what that means :(
I'm sorry you're having trouble joining the world! Unfortunately this is an error on Toyhouse's side of things. I tried to invite you directly to the world and it said that you couldn't be invited. You'll have to send a ticket through the HelpDesk and hope that it can be fixed ☹

If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page, click this button. 
Then, you'll click '+File Ticket' and that's how you can let them know what's going on. Make sure to select 'error/bug' from the drop down menu!
Hello! Can you specify what the bulletin link thing is. Does it have to be in a substantial post or can it be a post with JUST the link? And can i put the link on my profile for a while instead???
It can be just be a bulletin with the link, you don't need to ad anything extra if you don't want to!
And unfortunately we do ask that it is in a bulletin. Though it may be deleted around 24 hours after first posted if you don't want to keep it up.
I am having the same problem as batclawsss, I made a bulletin and tried to join only for it to say I can't contact the world ;3;

My deepest apologies for the inconvenience, we'll have things fixed as soon as possible.
All adopts must have an indication of what you are looking for in their name. 'Adopt' on it's own isn't enough for us to properly sort them.
If you are looking for offers please use (OTA) in their name. If you are looking for art use (Art). If you're looking for a set price use (Flatsale) or (FS). If you're looking to trade put (Trade). And if they are an auction use (Auction) or (BTA).
Once they have these in their name they'll be accepted into the world.
