I stumbled upon this while digging through my photobucket. It's old, not 100% finished, and might not be 100% historically accurate, but it sure as heck got the job done. We were playing a pirate-themed Pathfinder game, and this helped us keep track of things.
Oliver and Cutthroat are NPC names. You can ignore them. The term below the name is the position they held.
I'll probably come back in and explain the ranks and responsibilities, at least as we used them.
