First character is Hugo. He is a Demon.
There is no way he is not some sort of vampire. Probably wears a cravat and has long, black hair. Cultured, aside from the whole “blood-drinking” thing.
Reality: Not a vampire, but still a guy with temporal issues (though future to past). Has long (but brown) hair, and I think that’s a cravat? I don’t actually know what a cravat is. I think he seems cultured to other people, but may or may not be (depending on your definition of cultured).
Betzalel? (Monster)
That name makes me think of a monster that is really unique - as in, they are one of the only of their kind and appear very terrifying and dangerous - but Betzalel sounds like a rather nice name! Seems to me like a mysterious monster who is greatly misunderstood, and is really kind if you'd just give them a chance... but they could still hurt you if they really wanted to. (I'm at least 80% sure that my interpretation is wrong lmao)
Reality: Oh wow!! I was very wrong haha... the story behind this character is really very beautiful, not only in the written description but in the design too! I just have a naturally sillier idea of characters ig ;;

expectation: when i think of someone named bob, i think of a normal dude. bob, to me, is one of the most average/unassuming names out there, and that connotation combined with an alien makes me think that he might be friendly? as friendly as a parasite could be, of course. he could at least be benign or have a symbiotic relationship with his host.
reality: oh, he's a mignyan! i guess that rules out the parasite/host relationship i was talking about. he's also more eccentric than i thought he was going to be, which is cool :^) i like him!

expectation; a name like casimir del rosario instantly makes me think of a badass italian or hispanic spy. like i can imagine casimir being a person who is insanely serious and knows how to get work done quick. im picturing a tall, lean man with tan skin, black hair, and maybe sunglasses or a suit??
reality; ok so was right about the tan skin and hispanic origins!! but i was SOO off about his personality and clothing bahaha. definitely didnt expect him to be so kind and gentle as he is. also for sure not a spy, but a professer sounds so much cooler. overall, i definitely prefer your version of casimir than mine lmao

expectation: for some reason the name 'hans' gives me artist vibes! it always has, not sure if i heard of an artist w/ that name at some point or what but i got that association! it's also a nickname i'm assuming, and artists often have their own aliases i feel like he's a secretive dude who mainly keeps to himself, holed up in his house or apartment or w/e more often than not! probs a bit of a grump too - a little off topic from the artist thing, but i also get vibes that he dresses quite well? semi formally/smart casual? maybe mid 30s
reality: oh interesting! i knew there were creative vibes in there somewhere but it was in the form of writing/literature and not visual arts! while i was expecting a grump, i wasn't totally expecting someone w/ a negative outlook/cynical :0 him being a part of the war definitely took me by surprise too, he's a v interesting character (and also younger than i imagined, way younger lol, tho it's fair to assume he ages throughout his story?)

Expectation: The king-minor part of his name makes me think that he has some sort of high-class royalty associated with him and that he is quite young. I also get the feeling that he is part of maybe something future-y or fantasy.
Reality: Ummm, wow. That was not what I imagined at all! I really didn't expect a bakery owner in a very present country! I wasn't expecting the blond hair either, I think I had a black-purple-y/space thing in my head, and much older than I thought.

Expectation: Hm... for Cedric I'm either thinking a nerdy librarian or scientist character, or a rebellious teen, no inbetween haha. Maybe short brown hair, long sleeved button downs, slacks, maybe suspenders.... Mulder is an interesting last name and kinda makes me think of mulch hehe...,maybe a gardener? He might be introverted and value his alone time, and might be facing an inner struggle... i think he might have warm colors in his design, like brown, yellow, and tan. Maybe he might have glasses!
Reality: OH WOW I really love this character waddaheck. He was not like i expected at all personality wise, instead being kinda stern (with the cool double personality thing!!) I thought he would be a bit younger! I also did not expect him to be part monster or have (had) an office job, but it's really nice! (i also respect a man who loves karaoke) I enjoy this character. He is facing an inner struggle though so yey I got a thingy right! He also has short brown hair! All in all this guy is a really nice surprise and I really like the creative twist the monster fusion added!
