I would actually think about a more of an Art Deco and Art Nouveau aesthetic that goes into the early '20s. The character gives me those vibes personally.

I would say cottagegore due to his deer horns combined with how dark his story is. For similar reasons also dark naturalism and hatecore (not linking cuz it has mentions of violence and gore).
