Due to Frank's cybernetics and the world he lived in, Raypunk or Cyberpunk aesthetics is what I think fits him the most!
i might be totally off but i'm seeing some baroque with some rococo? it's mostly the colors - navy blue + gold + white i think fits the bill. though its also partially based on vibes sudhfsuhfuashdf im sorry
