Pistachio is almost always tired. He tends to doze off a lot, mostly during important situations where he should be awake. But then he has insomnia at night, leaving him awake. He usually takes advantage of this time to work on his food recipes, since there's no time restrictions throughout the long night.

Francoise is a bit of a perfectionist and once she has her mind set on giving something her all she doesn't tend to stop until things are perfect to her to which they usually aren't. So even after say a deadline to bring something in finished she still tries to do minor fixes here and there to it.
