Oh, I love them. For some reason I thought of road trip by chloe moriondo, just mostly off the warm, lovely vibes, but I also was inspired by the long distance relationship, and seeing each other but wanting to move in together sometime; I think it's reflected a bit in the bit of melancholy I imagine with the song. I hope it makes at least a bit of sense!

How about Alpha and Charlie? If their backstory is important to you, Alpha pined after Charlie for a while (lmao homegirl was down bad. down MISERABLE), and Charlie has always sort of loved Alpha but when she realized what was going on she waited for Alpha to confess first, which Alpha eventually did.
