Virtue: Temperance
Sin: Wrath
Seeing as there is no specific info on the character's page, I "judged the book by its cover", so to speak. For temperance, I get the impression that Cosima is quite mindful of others and her surroundings. Temperance represents honor/justice, and Cosima seems to embody those.
Of course, on the opposite end, I feel that if someone were to truly make her angry, she would hold strong anger towards that individual. Which is what wrath is
Virtue: Humility - Easily being one of the highest ranked Cardinal and not bragging about it via fancy robes is truly humble, imo
Vice: Sloth? I mean, its not too bad. But, uh... Its the closest I can get, I think.

Based on her bio, she def sound like a arrogant person who can't accept certain things. I don't mean this in a bad way mind. Pride is the root of all sin I believe. Anyways, that's just my two cents
Virtue: Patience. She must have a lot of patience to do what she does, especially to get secrets out of people.
Sin: Greed. This line, "With each piece of the puzzle you figure out, she'll snatch more and more from you," makes me think that greed would suit her, since she is doing what she is in order to gain, even if she hurts people along the way.
