After reading through his bio, I don't think he'd bite. Too much of a lone wolf to really get the chance of biting someone. Maybe in some up front confrontation as biting doesn't really require the best eyesight, but other than that, no

V because he founded his own navy and also what's the UN going to do about The Literal Void Itself crashing their meetings (he will actually sit down and listen to the meetings, but he likes to make an entrance before then)
