This sounds like a fun one! I havent seen this around, so why not?
Basically imagine if the oc above is roomates with an oc you have, that's about it.
If Elias was Denver's roommate he wouldn't have to worry about cooking or cleaning, Elias is always more than happy to do both. And seeing how Denver is a vampire if he is ever in need of blood Elias has no issues with allowing him to drink from him.
Elias is always pleased to help in any way he can, he is pretty much the perfect wife roommate for anyone. Always happy, not a draining person to be around and doesn't get in the way. He always asks before inviting a friend over so you don't have to worry about him bringing over any unwanted company. and wouldn't be against helping Denver in any other ways that might be desired.
Sol would enjoy the fact that Elias can clean- even though he himself doesn't have many belongings to begin with, at least somebody will keep the shared place tidy! On the other hand, the two of them would be very distanced with eachother at first because of opposite personalities. However, as time passes by, Elias will conclude that Sol isn't actually that bad of a person as he initially thought. Elias gives Sol the alone time he enjoys to himself- and Sol would appreciate his non-meddlesome behavior. Eventually, Sol will also begin to think that someone like Elias is refreshing to have around.
They would have a rocky relationship at first. Arm would show up late and be a total slob and would most likely be loud and obnoxious. The two would get into a lot of fights, to which Sol would no doubt outwit Arm all the time and leave the demon in an embarrassed, angry mess. Arm would also be very wary of Sol, not knowing who exactly he is but knowing that he's not just some Average Joe, so he'd keep a distance, save the intense glares from the corner of the room. But after some time I'm sure they'd maintain a somewhat formal relationship, especially in the few occasions when Arm cooks enough for the both of them.
Spirus understands people like privacy but hopefully just having a another to just split the rent won't be just it. Not saying they would have to be at the hip but maybe a casual dinner or a movie to chill or something mundane as casual talk while folding clothes. Spirus doesn't base judgement on appearance and is by no means perfect. Preferring also to stay to themself but is really putting effort into talking to others,I think Spirus would at least make an attempt and if it didn't go to well would keep to themself until the other says something.
Cosmet, being the shorter of the two and likely more passive, wouldn't mind too much of Spirus being nearby. It's nice to see someone to talk to. They wouldn't bother Spirus, and would likely be quietly going about their day. Cosmet would easily hold up their end of the payments of where they were and would probably do their share of cooking, cleaning, etc. On downtime the both of them may have, Cosmet would likely show little "tricks" that they could do given their tremendous abilities, why not show a few little flashy tricks and such? Of course if this ever made Spirus upset, Cosmet would likely chill out on it.
If you want to turn your flat into a fully equipped mission control center then Robi would be your man.
The rent will be constantly paid and on time but most of the time, highly trained mercernaries would regularly visit the room for briefings and with the living room cleared out for stuff that you'd think he had just visited NASA's headquarters and ripped out their best supercomputers for his own use. Its as if running his Private Military Company from the comfort from the living room wasn't enough, one of the bedrooms, or rooms would be converted into a gigantic armory, with different guns and weapons hanging on the walls.
Zachary's curiousity wouldn't blend well with Robi, whom is highly concerned that one of his decked out toys would end up missing. His other disturbing activites won't probably be a bother to Robi, just the constant arrivals of soldiers would be more of his interest. Sometimes, Robi would also let Zachary go out on a few missions, mostly assassination due to how low-profile that the boy can do.
Ohhhh boy...if Robi found out then he'd snitch out on Zach about the creepily growing collection of knives and wierd bible music that had been keeping the neighbours up for nights on end and not to mention plentiful of photographic evidence and videos to maintain a powerful court case. (Also, assassination is legal fam cos he runs an army without borders '-' and said business often does governmental affairs.)
Robi wouldn't mind a thing or two about him but hurting him would wind up with his deputy putting a bounty on his attacker's head. Other that he's chill af.
While Custos wouldn't mind having Kane as a roommate, they would certainly have their fair share of problems. The biggest would certainly be that since he is blind, he doesn't have much sense of space either when it comes to personal or just in general. So if Kane was to set what would be his that's left outside of the room, well it's certain that he wouldn't have any idea what he's talking about nor would he remember where said item would be place. Then again that would be if he is along, but if Custos' friend comes along as well then it really wouldn't be too much of an issue as she is basically his eyes.
Other than that, they'd probably have a bit of a mutual relationship without much talking with one another and mostly just passing hello and goodbyes since Custos wouldn't really spend much time in his own room, so it'd probably be pretty hard to avoid him. Though if there was anything that Kane would wish to talk about, he'd be more than happy to have a little casual chat. As for Kane's weapons, as long as doesn't find out about that, then there wouldn't have any problems with that as well.
I honestly think Custos and Mocha would make decent roommates! Mocha would have a ton of textbooks, stationery and other research material in her space, but knowing that Custos is blind, she'd probably make sure her space is clear as possible as to not have him trip over anything. She wouldn't mind his lacking sense of space much either, as she usually puts away stuff that's particularly dangerous or fragile and if anything, she'd probably think he just wants to hear about her work (and boy will she tell him about it). Plus, given how she jumps at opportunities to study new creatures, she'd probably follow him around to do research on him himself (in other words, her sense of space isn't too great either).
On the subject of necessities, Mocha is off-and-on about chores because she forgets things when she's "in the zone", but she'd try to do them as much as possible as to give Custos a lighter workload. She'd definitely help with rent and whatnot, since she usually gets money from her HQ.
Hanal and Toxik would get along pretty well in my opinion. Since Hanal would be always gone (missions) Toxik would usually have the whole place to herself, and that's how Toxik likes it. Peace and quiet. But when Hanal is home, I'm sure the two wouldn't talk much. Toxik would eventually try to socialize but Hanal would probably just nod and walk out of the room since Toxik is a living reminder of outer space, a VERY sore subject for Hanal. I'm sure one day, Toxik would find Hanal practice her fighting and would join her, asking her for help and tips since Toxik is still learning. Overall: they'd be ok with each other, but it would be an extremely quiet place.
