PSA: Cyberstake Stolen Works (UPDATE 7/18/19)

Who: Cyberstake on TH Their TH is now closed.

          Their DA, Second DA, Possible 3rd DA (unconfirmed but very suspicious)

          Their Flip Anim, Unknown Second Flip Anim

          Possible new TH

     SO to make a long story short, I was traded stolen art/characters that they saved from Flip Anim. I was slightly suspicious during the trade but my excitement overrode my common sense and ta dahhhh. :D I will post all proof below.

Characters I traded for: "Memory" and "Anna." (Both are not theirs to trade nor sell but were up for both.) I traded Salou which I have yet to recieve back. I will know if they intend to do so after they read my last message.

Memory and Anna are owned by ShadowEyes on Flip Anim. Screenshot of the two characters as proof.  (I have not deleted the characters from TH yet because I need to keep them as proof just for a little while.)

They are attempting to trade/sell multiple other characters made by Shadoweyes. I screenshotted them in case they are taken down.

Here is the interaction between us that led to the trade.

One // Two // Here I was asking about the missing images from their gallery. This is what initially made me suspicious. I assumed they were left out to prevent art theft and that they would be transferred to me after, but I was told that they didn't have them.

Proof that I traded Salou and that they have them.

They also had "Memory" up on their Deviant Art account and had stated that their friend Ava drew it and that it "wasn't their art." They have since removed this and I couldn't screenshot it before it was done.

As if this evidence wasn't enough, I contacted Shadoweyes on Flip Anim and they replied here. As I thought, they were stolen. All of this needs to be reported/taken care of in some way.

I am only aware of the art stolen from this one particuliar artist but there might be others. I believe that I'm dealing with a very young person and that just pushes the note to not witch hunt them please.

UPDATE 5/5/19: Staff closed their TH account and transferred back the character traded and deleted all stolen content.

UPDATE 5/5/19: They are claiming on their Deviant Art and Flip Anim that this was all part of a "social experiment." Again, I believe they are very young but they need to understand the consequences of their actions and learn from this lesson.

Update 5/6/19: I sent a message trying to be as nice as possible to get them to admit their wrongs and help provide the proper artist names but they're sticking to their lie so I will be cutting off all contact with them and suggest others to avoid them because they will most likely just do it again. Here's the message. And the follow-up message.

Note: A lot has been undone and resolved but they still sold/traded a lot of characters that we don't know about and now people own characters they can't truely own. So if anyone knows any further information, please come forward.

5/23 UPDATE 

I was scrolling through the trades and sales when I came upon their art.

Proof is that they have the same character on their flipanim.

So, they were banned for selling stolen works, refused to fess up to it, calling it a "social experiment" and then just come right back.

Update 5/24/19 Staff has banned them again.

Update 7/18/19: They're back. Report submitted.

Fairly certain they have side FlipAnim and another DeviantArt. If you know them, please tell me.
