okay this is my first time doing this (which, I guess is a good thing it's the first time I've had commissioner trouble)
Back in December I ordered 2 YCH commissions from the DeviantArt user Chocomisuu: seen here
The total of the commissions was 15.60 USD
It was taking a while for me to receive the commissions, but when I checked their profile I saw that they posted something about how they lost the memory on their computer and would have to start over, so I was like 'oh ok that makes sense.' (Even though it had already been 4 months since I ordered.)
Well, by May I got tired of waiting and was in need of cash, so I requested a refund. Three weeks later, still no response. I tried to contact PayPal, but since it's been over 180 days they don't give a damn anymore. Which is why I'm so upset ahem. Disappointing, but at least it wasn't a more expensive commission.
Has anyone else had issues with Chocomisuu?
I want to share my situation, three years ago I ordered a commission and a trade with jiumiingo which she never finished, I contacted her on the chocomisuu account this year and she told me she was going to have it finished for February but nothing happened..
