PSA: TheTraitorPaladin/??? [9/14]

[Tl;Dr: Minor accessing NSFW, constantly switching accounts and ban evading.]

This has been a topic of heavy discussion within the PSA thread, however it's been generally agreed upon at this point that a PSA is in order to bring a little more light to this situation and warn people about the behavior of this individual.

DO NOT. Harass this person, they are a child. They do not deserve to be attacked or cyberbullied, however this is meant to be a thread regarding their behavior and the situation at hand.

A couple of weeks ago, (of making this thread originally) it was brought to many people's attentions that the user known as "TheTraitorPaladin" or "ThePrincessPaladin" had been posting throughout NSFW forum games using their 15 year old oc.

Upon multiple users calling Paladin out, they had swiftly changed their muses age to 18, a seeming bare minimum to bypass the fact their oc is actually a minor.

While frustrating, I plus several other users resorted to simply blocking and warning Forum Game members and game owners.

However, the story goes quite a bit deeper.

It was found out that Paladin's claim to be 19 was completely false. And they are in fact, 13. (Potentially now 14? Regardless, very young.)

Proof 2 - They are admitting they are 13 on this account. However on their old account they lied. (If anyone has a screenshot of this please do send it to me.)

This is not only very troubling, but dangerous, as participating in NSFW content can put both parties in a lot of hot water for various reasons.

While they listed their age openly to be 13 on one of their new accounts, (PidgeWithAGunderson, now banned) it's been caught that they had still marked themself as an adult, as they were able to access and a mature characters profile and respond to them in a Forum Game.

While this is off-site. They also have access to a Ko-fi. Which you need to be 18+ in order to even use the website.

At the time of their original banning, they had posted a (now deleted) youtube video admitting they were using the website in a way they shouldn't, however they claimed they never "Actively seeked out NSFW", and they were just "trolling."

I'm going to reiterate this is not a witch hunt. And never should be. However this has been a long going issue that has now gone down quite a rabbit hole. They are risking the safety of adults who are trying to spend time in ADULT ONLY spaces, and they are ignoring the consequences of their actions.

It has also come to many people's attention that someone may be harassing them by stealing their email-addresses and signing them up for NSFW websites? This is unacceptable, although there is no surefire proof on the validity of the claim, as they have not provided evidence to back this up.

It's been discussed that it's likely that Paladin has returned under a new alias. This can't be 100% proved but feel free to DM me if you have any suspicions!

I'm not really sure what to say other than I'm extremely disappointed in them despite them promising to not come back in their own PSA thread. :/ It's a bit upsetting this has gone on so long.

We've received yet *another* statement from paladin stating they would not be returning. If this holds any weight, who's to say. But they've acknowledged multiple times they do not belong here now.

I'm sure they will when they are older and understand the justification of their actions later in life when they are also 18 or I hope so and I would just like to reiterate this just in case,

PLEASE DO NOT WITCH HUNT THIS USER.

Though what they have said can be seen as dismissive or rude please remember they are 13 and very likley do not and will not understand the justification of their actions untill they are much older. Im sure they are embrassed and angry they were found out and this feels like eveyone is just picking them out in a crowd. Everyone here has been very polite and helpful in providing information but I think its important to remind others who may come here to read not to attack this user espically because there may have been an issue with someone making a pornhub account. This is not to pick on or humiliate anyone. This is a PSA for others and we do not want anyone to witch hut anyone but Espically not a child. We were all 13 once. Hopefully this will be a learning experince for them in the far future and they take what information they learned to heart.

I'm going to pop in with my own thoughts.

Pidge, if you are reading this....dismissing this as these adults being mean or because other minors have gotten away with this is wrong. Plain and simple.

I have had experiences dealing with minors successfully lying about their age to make NSFW. And have had to toe the line because they happened to be very much friends with a popular artist on another site. This made me feel unsafe, even for an artist who doesn't do much NSFW. And they, too, held the belief that what they were doing was wrong. They've complained about their parents being prudes when it came to NSFW. And they were older than Pidge. And I hope to dear gods that the artists that they've commissioned not only don't get into trouble but are able to prevent them from doing that to others.

If this continues...this could go from simple ignorance to outright malicious intent. And that seems to be the case with the other PSA on a minor getting NSFW.

And to add another thing. I wasn't much older when I discovered erotic novels. I was bored and was looking for something to read and had ran out of SFW books to read. And I severely regret it. You may think you are mature enough for it. I thought I was. And I wasn't. If I could go back in time and choose again, I would 100% choose not to read those novels.

Pidge, this isn't trolling. This isn't funny. This is legit endangering other people. We're not calling you out to be mean. We're calling you out for everyone's safety, including your own. Please, trust me on this one.

Adding on new info, a couple of archives for videos I saw get posted elsewhere, and a warning about their Pillowfort account which knowing that PF was made after the NSFW ban on tumblr and openly advertised itself to be accepting of NSFW work, I think it's worthy to be wary of their account on that site if you have an account over there.

I've been keeping relatively quiet just because I feel like I said most of my two cents in the situation, but I'm truly glad to see they're being sincere this time around. They're someone with a lot of potential as an artist, and I hope they continue to grow as a person as well. D:> So I'm glad to see this development, and I hope it stays positive for them. And I hope they stay safe, too.

I was wondering that too. One of their pieces they uploaded had their pillowfort credited instead of their TH account, I think because they knew they weren't supposed to be here. Their other piece had their TH account credited, but I think they were trying to throw people off or maybe make it look like different styles? I guess a heads up that they're getting sneakier.
