PSA: Groomer spotted in art/TH servers

He has made a response, google doc has been updated including all of his and the witness he has included responses. I will be unsubbing from the thread/bumping it less often in the future due to this situation giving me/us extreme distress but if needed, my discord is agasmaskdude. DOC NEEDS TO BE UPDATED TO REFLECT THIS But we were able to talk to mentioned minor he groomed and stayed in contact with of his behavior after the third update went live and there are attempts to try and protect her currently. Also I'm not in Sewage System anymore as the current owner has questionable and racist behavior!

I would say the business issues is resolved on my end and a few others, but he confirmed to me he is still buying adopts. This would not be bad as we both discussed that he agreed he should still keep OCs he bought up and public or at least follow artist's TOS, however after recent contact with him, I feel as if it's important to give an update as he has been shown to be untrustworthy.

After the PSA went live, he had asked me at least 3 times to take down the PSA and requested me to edit out things such as his aliases, inappropriate things he did around minors, and in a recent confrontation where two other people were present in the groupchat, he didn't take much accountability and deleted most of his messages. He tried to clear things up to me that he was struggling very badly in real life and with his mental health but I stood my ground and said I cannot take down the PSA as that doesn't excuse the hurt he's caused others and his inappropriate behavior in servers and around minors.

An anonymous person had came to me recently that Silas had allegedly groomed them from when they were 11 to 15 years old after I've posted this PSA. The screenshots will speak for themselves in the doc. I had reinvited the victim back into Sewage System to try and recover any possible remaining conversations on Silas' old accounts but according to them the incriminating things were deleted, happened in VCs, or were in group chats in which Silas had control over and would delete over and over.

I am unsure whether to continuously bump this thread or bump once then warn people in my circles. He has gotten better at hiding everything, constantly moving accounts while labeling previous accounts as "taking a break, off the internet, etc", rebranding literally everything, trying to take more control over what had actually happened, and overall manipulated me so I can further enable his selfish desires.

He deleted the last account I had any contact with after I had put up this update so I have no idea where his new whereabouts are.

I do not have him blocked as he should be allowed to resolve any possible future or ongoing business issues others may have.

Please refrain from comments like "I'm sorry for anyone involved" and alike, please keep comments constructive as possible. If you were affected by Silas or have any personal questions, you may reach out to me on discord (agasmaskdude)

~~Attempts to move accounts after chargeback for commissions he got.~~ (Resolved but only because I had to hunt down his new account.)

Allegedly grooming minors
Inappropriate behavior in a discord server currently known as “Sewage System”
using our server as a dating server
using / manipulating others to potentially fuel his own selfish desires
mentally draining people who are concerned over his well being

We do not want to document personal info of his, but if he’s made it public (ex: being in a publicly promoted discord server, buying ocs on toyhouse) then we can list aliases or usernames of his in the PSA. All usernames listed were ones we had found in Sewage System or on toyhouse.

Report tickets are useless as he has always been shown to use a toyhouse code to rebrand.

Hello, an update. I'm just quite confused right now as to what to really think or what to do but basically Silas publicly acknowledged the PSA and my terms of service.

He made the character I gave to him public after the PSA. The way he worded it came off as gaslighty to me considering his toyhouse was empty right before, and the ticket I sent to the admin was marked along the lines of "Character (Miscellaneous)" when the character disappeared but now it is "Character Monster (Miscellaneous)" now that it's public.

This doesn't remedy the fact that he broke my tos in the first place + I do not trust him to own any of my designs due to his consistent habit of privating characters. It comes off as trying to keep himself in the clear for breaking my terms of service yet continuing to private all the other characters he owns from other designers.

I've considered marking the entire business section resolved if my design is transferred back to me along with all the other characters from other designers made public. I've also even considered buying any ocs he does not plan on maintaining and having him transfer them back to the original designers or maintaining them myself to help further remedy the situation as I've been made aware two artists are upset their designs had been privated not that long after being bought.

I've sent in an update to the admin regarding revocation to see if anything can still be done. But if anyone has any input or advice it'd be heavily appreciated.

And a personal comment:

To anyone including two people who had reached out worried about the chargeback and were willing to help, we're okay. I can work a job again and we're both not in a situation where a chargeback would greatly hurt us but the concern is greatly appreciated.

myiasis I didnt add that name because i was informed it was his middle name i ended up censoring in the doc, I advise you to edit your comment to leave it out but if hes going by that publicly then maybe its different

also to avoid double posting:

I currently have him added and we’ve privately resolved the business aspect of things, agreeing that he will no longer hold onto those ocs that he purchased and I will maintain them for the time being. We both agreed that things couldve been handled on both parties better for the personal reasons.

Of course I acknowledge he’s hurt many people, and for this he’s not allowed back into the server mentioned in the doc. But if theres any ongoing issues im not aware of that might need to be made aware of and put into the doc my contact info is Micheal#5439 and I can try to review it

I will also try to edit the thread and doc when I get to my pc, hopefully tonight.

New updates is up in thread and in the google doc. I don't know if i should keep bumping or not but considering I know someone who both me and Silas have known since they were 14-15 could be in trouble I will contact them about this information.

If any onlookers who knows anyone who knows Silas or has sold an adopt to Silas and want to know who they're doing business with, please consider showing them this PSA.

Also as a note, a few people have asked me why I haven't updated about this sooner: I've been terribly busy with my job and any free time i've had lately has been going towards taking care of a relative who requires to be watched all the time. I barely have time to tend to going on my computer and i had a lot of trouble trying to edit this on mobile/ipad for some reason. Most of the interactions after this psa were handled on mobile devices while I was at work. I know I've had this information for a month and could have warned people much sooner but I felt it was best to not be so rash, and work with the victim through this to make sure I respected their situation and anonymity and providing the context the best way I could by formatting everything on PC. I've finally been able to be free last night without much exhaustion and all day today so I finally went through and finished up the update before getting busy again

CrispinAsheYA Idk if you missed it but ive already stated in the post that report tickets are useless because he always uses a toyhouse code every time he rebrands/moves accounts which is really frequent if youve read the document or the statement above all the usernames I’ve listed

Hes already abandoned FairyAphidSpirit, moved/rebranded to new accounts at least twice and I dont know his new ones. He even deleted the account he last contacted me on after i updated this PSA

mcdonalds I hope its ok to ping thank you for the bump, sorry i havent been checking this whole ordeal is stressful. Im really glad you guys are safe. If its ok to ask when did he join and then disappear from your server? He has a habit of saying he wont return on his past accounts but has shown to be still buying adopts, being on discord/toyhouse etc so we dont see any reason to believe hes gonna take a break to better himself

Also to avoid double posting update btw I shouldve updated this thread earlier that we were able to warn the minor in private about the severity of all this plus the mistreatment we endured not being misunderstandings, we dont exactly know if shes still in contact with Silas but Ive informed her what she went through is not appropriate behavior from someone older and trying to help her distance from Silas by surrounding her with friends including people who helped make this PSA

I’ve also been contemplating showing the report id or personally blacklisting the witness Silas has involved because the DARVO victim blaming behavior from an adult, unsubstantiated accusations that I enable horrible behavior or have bigoted beliefs, and making fun of Silas’s self destructive behavior was not okay and very distressing. I find these two to be very scary individuals to be around and theyve caused distress to my friends and unsuspecting people in our server. Ive already blocked this person but Ive spotted them in many big publicly promoted art focused servers. Im kind of hesitant for the time being if I should leave them anonymous or not

Edit: replying to below btw 👍 I see! Also I probably won’t as I have no plans to keep up and I mainly just want to blacklist them for business reasons and to leave me alone because of having to find out they were the reason i was hearing speculation without proof about people in the server. Atm I’m only keeping up with people who were affected and recovering from this ordeal.
