This PSA was made on Terraliens staff to inform you of the inappropriate acts the staff and some of their community has done.
This document contains records, receipts and recollections about the Terraliens species staff spanning over this past year.
We do not condone ANY sort of harassment or witch hunting towards the doc author(s), victims, Terra staff or anyone associating with these people.

Some can be seen in a copyright stand point Hense why some have screenshots of the copyright behind the characters used.
However the reason they are in the doc is simply because, at lease when I was in the species, the rule behind CBCs was that they weren’t allowed to look directly like the character.
Another instance of this is when I asked if I could make one based on Craig from South Park but had been shut down and told that I couldn’t. The rule was that you could make an inspired version of the character, however the way staff and members portrayed these characters is entirely CBC.
The difference between straight up copying and being inspired is;
When we are inspired by something, we take an idea or concept and make it our own. We build on it, adding our own unique perspective and creativity to create something new and original. In contrast, when we simply copy something, we replicate it without any original thought or innovation.
This can be shown in many different forms such as;
Music, art, fashion, writing, ect.

I just read the whole PSA and sheesh,,, The whole Terraliens members attempting to rip off/copy Architechal designs as well as the doxxing makes me lose appeal in the species, which is a shame since they've held my interest for some time. I really hope those accountable can own up to it and get themselves together.

wow this is… a silly psa! and not in a good way. For the record, I am not affiliated with the species or most of the staff in any way, it just sucks to see straight up lies put into a “beware”.
1) yes terraliens originated as a cham concept! however iirc chams are aware of, and alright with, the existence of terraliens.
2) “doxxing”… yeah, there was no evidence of doxxing in those screenshots.
3) coy’s CENSORED nsfw stories. It’s exhausting seeing people make such a big deal of them. Nothing they posted was actually NSFW. The worst they posted was a cropped image of their oc without clothing on, with the uncropped version on their (age verified) CF stories. They do NOT post uncensored nsfw, and i don’t know why people keep bringing it up. Also you straight up put words into their mouth with your paraphrasing; they released a whole thing explaining their thought process, and said they wouldn’t do so again (which they’ve lived up to, moving all nsfw content to a different account entirely, which again requires age verification to see). even if they had posted uncensored nsfw, it would still be a non-issue since they’ve since acknowledged and rectified their actions.
4) stitch adopts. they’re not breaking copyright by drawing the same species as a movie 💀by that logic, nobody could sell pokesona adopts, or sonic adopts, or adopts of any other fandom. this is also a very dumb argument that keeps getting brought up for no reason.
everything else in this psa I don’t know enough about to speak on, but I just wanted to post this for anyone who may see this post and take it at face value. To make a beware you need to be able to put your own emotions and judgements about a person aside and post nothing but facts, which you are clearly unable to do. the fact that this is the revised version is honestly insane to me 😭
spicyika Im not really invested in this PSA nor know much about any one in it but I think the Attempted Doxxing refer to this part in particular that seem to be about them sending a link with an IP grabber in it? tho idk if you can actually get someone's doxx with their IP or not? (i've seen the word "IP/ISP doxxing" but im unsure as to what it exactly entail and Im not really interested in doing a deep dive at the moment)
