Hello there! We hope you're ready for summer, because the Caffae Café is announcing a MYO event!

Firstly, just what are Caffaes and Decaffs?

Caffaes are brownie-like creatures that are born from coffee! Their unique traits are their bean halos, the grind dust on their wings, and their catalysts.
They have the unique ability to shift between inches tall to average human sizes at night, while their catalysts allow them to channel their abilities into magic, which allows them to clean more efficiently.
They will often mimic the cultures of their homeowners, both to better clean and to assimilate with the lives of their homeowners.

There is a darker side to this species, though, and that is the existence of the subspecies Decaffs.
When a Caffae directly harms their homeowners or the invited guests of them, their bean halos are instead replaced by bean spikes.
With the contract between man and fae broken, Decaffs gain an assortment of visual traits that could stray into body horror. Extra eyes, limbs, and even seeping darkness have been sighted on these creatures.

What does this MYO event entail?

During the months of June and July, you are able to claim a free MYO of Rare, Super-Rare, or even Super-Rare with Legendary Traits!
This is in celebration of several new traits being added on, as well as several event-only traits being revealed.
When claiming a slot here, you can select one Event-Only trait; additional slots purchased will normally have the additional Event-Only Trait randomized, so this slot is good for any plans you may already have.

Aquarian (add-on kemonomimi): This special kemonomimi can walk on two legs or have a mermaid's tail like the existing Mermaid kemonomimi...
but also has an in-between form with legs and a tail, and can be added onto other kemonomimi!

Star-Shaped Catalyst: For those starry nights or the starfish in the sea, you can count on this shaped catalyst to fill your summertime aesthetic with style!

Seashell-Shaped Catalyst: If you want to take that mermaid aesthetic to its limits, you can use this catalyst to assist your efforts. A seashell telephone can never go wrong, right?

MYO Claim Period: June 1st - July 31st
MYO Expiration: August 1st

You can claim your free MYO slot in this thread, as well as claim your free first-time owner slot on either the Toyhouse World or within the Discord server. That's two Caffaes for you, for free!
However, do note that this thread's slot will expire on August 1st; while we can grant two-week extensions, you must request your extension before the end of July.
