this is my first thread, i hope it goes well lol [edit - dakota wanted to make this thread. no kota, sit down asdflkjlsjdkf]
anyway! simple premise: draw the robot OC above you!
rules:
- finish your claim within three weeks! i will contact people who miss the deadline, and if you don't respond within a week, you will be banned from this thread. if your claim goes unfulfilled, you should make a post in the unfilled claims thread!
- finish your current claim before making another one
- wait at least three people (your post (1) (2) (3) you can make another post now) before claiming again. the only exception is if it's been more than one week since the last post!
- edit your post with a link or embed of your finished art so i know who's done!
- the art has to at least be a half body (waist/hips or so and up) with flat colors and moderately clean lineart. if you do traditional art, no lined paper and you have to have a decent quality camera/scanner.
- you can absolutely do more than that, but that's the bare minimum! if your claim doesn't meet this requirement I'll ask you to make another, and if you don't you'll be banned from the thread :(
- the only exception is if the character has an extremely simple, non-humanoid design! stuff like the cores from portal, which are basically just spheres. those would have to be "full body"
- don't delete your comments!
- tag the person you're claiming
- try and have at least two characters to pick from, but if you've only got one robot character that's ok!
- claim before you draw so you don't get sniped!
- original characters and fan characters are welcome!
- no queerphobic, xenophobic, racist, etc etc messages or themes in your finished art, please!
- if you have any questions or problems, shoot me a message! <3
rules for characters:
- no cyborgs unless they're only internally organic, like a human brain but mechanical everything else.
- no nsfw or suggestive art or characters! if your character is marked as 18+ or has a lot of unfiltered sensitive content on their profile, please don't request them for this thread :< and please don't draw such art for your claims, either!
- mecha and detailed designs are ok! i strongly recommend having some simpler designs to choose from as well, but it's not required.
- humanoid, anthro, and all other kinds of robots are ok!
i may update this list as the thread goes on, so keep that in mind! i am excited to see some fun bots, and to draw some fun bots :>
