I’d like a Fire Emblem or Kid Icarus character. (If you can’t draw humans very well, then you could certainly make a monster/shapeshifter character from either of those series)

For my character, I'd love a Professor Layton OC or Pokemon OC! I'd also be down with a Fire Emblem OC- I've only played Fates, but I really enjoyed it.
