Draw a Character for the Person Above [GACHA]

Explanation:

Once in a while, I'll see a character gacha floating around. The gachas are usually run by a single person, but most recently I thought, what if multiple people owned a character gacha? How would it work? So here it is... the gacha machine that belongs to everyone!

What is a gacha? In real life, gacha machines randomly dispense prizes (little toys, collectibles, prizes, candy, ect,) for a small amount of coin. It's like a prize roulette! (Wikipedia definition here.) The same mechanic from real life gachas is also used in the online world. (It can be seen in video games, moblie apps, etc.) The prizes in game gachas are usually ranked by their rarity (common, uncommon, rare, etc.) (Gacha game adaptations further explained here.)

This thread serves as a custom character gacha with rarity ranks. There will be four ranks:
C / Common
UC / Uncommon
R / Rare
L / Legendary

Depending on what rank you have, you will have different limitations as to what you can ask for in a custom character. The more you play, the higher your rank will rise and the fewer limitations you will have. Once you have reached the legendary rank, your rank will be reset to the common rank to keep things fair for everyone! With that being said, the only randomized variable will be the character's design. Here are the ranks' play requirements. Once you reach the next rank's minimum, you will stay in that rank until you have reached the next rank's minimum!

C: 1-2 plays/claims
UC: 3-5 plays/claims
R: 6-9 plays/claims
L: 10-14 plays/claims

Here are the limitations to the ranks. (Forms you can fill out depending on the rank.) These are the only design elements you will have control over when it comes to your custom character. You can copy and paste these forms into your post/claim.

Specific Preferences: (Can be anything from genetic preferences to simplicity. It's all up to you! You can also plug a wishlist in here if you reach this rank.)

Rules & Guidelines:

To prove your rank, please keep track of how many finished claims you have made by either linking the pages you had claimed on or simply stating the pages you had claimed on so I and the person who considers claiming you can see whether you are a fair player or not.
Do not hide your claim. This may result in an immediate ban. Simply, do not claim if you do not plan on creating a character, and only plan on receiving one.
Please wait at least 3 claims before claiming again. Ex: [You] [x] [x] [x] [You] This does not apply if the latest claim is over 1 week old.
Finish your current claim before claiming again.
Both digital and traditional art are allowed!
Put effort into the characters you make. Give the effort you would like to receive.
No generator characters allowed.
Characters must be drawn as a full body.
Bases are a 50/50. Please state whether or not you are okay with bases in your claim. Do not claim someone who doesn't want a base-made character if you plan to give a base-made character.
Respect design requests.
Please finish the character within 3 weeks. If you need more time, please edit your post with the estimated amount of time you will need, so I and the person you claimed can feel reassured.
Please keep this thread and its characters SFW.
Edit your post with the finished character so I know you have completed your claim.
Do not delete your post after making a claim, especially if someone has claimed you. This may result in a ban.
After 2 months of no received contact after being messaged about an unfilled claim, you will automatically be put on the banned list. To undo this, please resolve your claim issues and contact me. Whether the person you claimed has been reclaimed or not, you must finish your initial claim to them to be unbanned.
Once unbanned, you might be placed under the Warning List until you finish a new claim on time and by the rules. Depends on the severity of your ban.
If your claim has not been filled, place your claim in the Unfilled Claims SpreadSheet.
If the person you are about to claim has a PSA on them or any other publicly worrying information, you are free to skip them, but please link said PSA or evidence.
Don't forget to keep track of your finished claims to rank up!

Person 1: 1st claim!

Person 2: Claiming uncommon! This is my 4th claim. You can see my other claim on pages 1, 4, and 5.
Gender: Female
Species: Mermaid
Color Palette: Tan, orange, white, and blue (or link to a palette)

Any misconduct or disregarding of the rules will result in a warning and possibly, a ban.

Warning List [0]:

Any users under this tab have been contacted and/or warned regarding their unfinished claims. Once a user exceeds the 3-week time limit, they will be placed here until they either finish their claim (2 week extension) or have left their claim unfinished for 2 months (in which they will be moved to the banned list.)

Any users in this tab should be skipped/ignored due to breaking this thread's rules. Just because a user is here, doesn't mean they are a horrible person. Do not outright shun or harass them.

milkiimilkii - Over 2 months since their claim. Unfilled, and received no contact from claimee.
