I'm dropping this bean here because I have some ideas for him but never got around writing them, rip. I'd love to get some more art for him as I'm currently developing his story and personality better!
Kas'Rahal comes from a noble family and he's a cold and methodic guy. He was raised under the teachings of his father, which was obsessed with looks and appearance, as he thought that a good-looking person would always do better in life than someone that wasn't so lucky, so he raised Kas teaching him to always look beautiful, and if he wasn't able to maintain the settled standards, he would be sent away from his family and he would lose his royalty. This led to Kas becoming obsessed with fashion, cosmetics, and appearance in general, and he became colder and colder to people. He judges them a lot based on how they appear, and he refuses to talk to those that he deems "not beautiful enough". Truth is, Kas is really insecure, and he's conscious about his horrible personality and way of thinking. He keeps the distance with people mostly because he knows his father's teaching will go to his head again, and he doesn't want to hurt anyone anymore. He wants to change, but he also doesn't want to lose his family, as his father is a really influential figure.
Currently, he's growing out of his obsession for the looks, and he's trying to be more open about his problems. He keeps them between him and his close friends, as they're not involved with family drama, and Kas can talk freely to them without fearing consequences (well, he trusts his few friends to keep things between them, because if they went to his father and told him everything then Kas would be in big troubles).
