oh i'm so sorry to hear you're stressed! i feel you; whether school or other things it seems like the end of summer always brings stress along with it. but don't worry, it'll be all right! you'll get through it.
i also like to draw when i'm upset/stressed, it helps to channel the negative stuff into something more positive <3

Ive always found javert to be a good stress reliver hes so positive and his design is so quick and simple! Good luck on your schoolwork! I believe in you!
School stress is a big mood tbh, hopefully you don't have too much homework :'D Here its even worse since the weather is so hot.. hard to focus on work when you're trying to stay cool
