PSA - SCAMMER - IKASHIMA ( Possible resolution pag

:EDIT: Ikashima has issued an appology post on page 8, for anyone interested in seeing.

This is a post to alert you guys that there's been someone who's been "commissioning" artists, only to have charged back the payments after receiving the majority of their art.
There's no way to get back the money once the dispute goes out, as paypal will instantly refund that user "their money" even if you give receipts of your transaction.

The user in question currently is http://toyhou.se/Ikashima
:EDIT: their DA username was meltymilks, but the account has since today been deactivated.

They commissioned several artists the past two days, and all have receive chargeback to their accounts.
They had a deviantart, but that account seems to have been deactivated.
and they are not responding to pms.

Some people, like myself, have already spent the money they rceived, so now have a huge deficit in their paypal balance. Which means any commissions we do going forward, are solely going into paying off the "debt" we now owe paypal.

This is truely rude and unfair to the artists who've put in the effort to draw these pieces, AND who're now out the money.

Sooo, this is getting even worse, not only are just other artists coming forward letting us know they got scammed too, the adopt creators of the characters this person “purchased” ALSO got charged back.

The adopt artist so far that’ve gotten scammed were :

So, now there’s an unpaid and now owner-less adopt floating around, with a butt ton of unpaid for art of it.

Just…. amazing…

Hi everybody! I know it's been some time since an update and I apologize! My college classes started up last week and Ika was in school with AP exams. I'll be seeing if Ika has a skype so we can reply to each other more often

Hey guys! I apologize for the lack of updates. I've been drowning in a slue of legal stuff (court dates, filing restraining orders, and many police calls) and a new job that I havent had too much time to do much. Ive been checking on the Google Docs via my phone and it hasnt been updated in a few days so i think its safe to say we got everyone(?) The total Ika owes is $149 , which isnt as bad as I thought! I'll be sending Ika a message later today when I get off work and we'll get started on paying people back as soon as we can. I'll be working on adopts to sell to help Ika out in raising the funds if they need it.

I'll update again after I message Ika tonight :)

I'm waiting on a reply from Ika, they're slow due to high school and not having much computer access time. Most of their online surfing is done via cellphone.

Also wanted people to know that I've made a discord for those whom wish to chat and be kept more up-to-date on things. Ika has a discord so I'll be getting connected with them their, as chatting on CS takes too long lol
