PSA - SCAMMER - IKASHIMA ( Possible resolution pag

:EDIT: Ikashima has issued an appology post on page 8, for anyone interested in seeing.

This is a post to alert you guys that there's been someone who's been "commissioning" artists, only to have charged back the payments after receiving the majority of their art.
There's no way to get back the money once the dispute goes out, as paypal will instantly refund that user "their money" even if you give receipts of your transaction.

The user in question currently is http://toyhou.se/Ikashima
:EDIT: their DA username was meltymilks, but the account has since today been deactivated.

They commissioned several artists the past two days, and all have receive chargeback to their accounts.
They had a deviantart, but that account seems to have been deactivated.
and they are not responding to pms.

Some people, like myself, have already spent the money they rceived, so now have a huge deficit in their paypal balance. Which means any commissions we do going forward, are solely going into paying off the "debt" we now owe paypal.

This is truely rude and unfair to the artists who've put in the effort to draw these pieces, AND who're now out the money.

If you have more to share on this subject, or know any other users who've done this in the past while, please share in the comments, so that everyone can be made aware of the situation.

Sooo, this is getting even worse, not only are just other artists coming forward letting us know they got scammed too, the adopt creators of the characters this person “purchased” ALSO got charged back.

The adopt artist so far that’ve gotten scammed were :

Sainvrier I've only posted here about it, and I don't know if she is contacting anybody else. It could also be other places, too, like a new dA account or one of the breeding sims she's on

Perhaps we keep this one here specifically for commissions, and if we can find anybody else, start a new PSA in the Trading forums?

Oh boy this is terrible, I've seen it around here and there but seeing so many people effected is nuts, I'm really sorry to hear about this... I buy a lot of art myself and I would never even consider issuing chargebacks, it just seems so wrong to me, every artist puts their time and care into the work they do, stealing it like that is just not right.

If anyone has a link to a place where someone is collecting the effected peoples commission info, do let me know. I may not be able to get anything now and give immidiate help but I love looking at peoples commissions anyway and will save/follow anyone I'm interested in possibly getting work from in the future, so I might be able to soften the overall blow for some people, even if it's weeks/months down the line.

Alternitively, those effected feel free to message me your commissions info yourself.

im still naively hoping theyre not a horrible person and its just a 16 yo whos parents or somwthing found all these charges and forced the chargebacks/closed all the accounts in punishment but i might be an optimistic fool (not that the situation would help any of us who lost money
