Chapter 1
- Do they go to bed early or stay up late? That’s kind of subjective. Do you consider 11pm early or late?
- When they say they're "going to bed" do they actually mean they're going to sleep or do they mean they're going to read/play on their phone/etc in bed for a while? He stays up, on his phone, for a while.
- What do they wear when they sleep? (if anything at all)Â His pajamas are mostly old t-shirts and sweatpants. Maybe a hoodie if he gets cold.
- Do they watch/listen to anything to help them fall asleep? He sometimes listens to white noise, but mostly prefers quiet.Â
- Do they sleep with a night light on or prefer total darkness? Complete darkness. If that isn’t doable, he wears a sleep mask.
- What position do they sleep in? Usually on his side, sometimes on his stomach, sometimes on his back. Whatever’s most comfortable at the moment.
- Do they cuddle/snuggle with anything while they sleep? Yes; a pillow.
- Do they have insomnia or do they fall asleep easily? He usually can’t actually fall asleep for at least an hour once he goes to bed, though some nights it’s way worse than that.
- How many hours of sleep do they get? 7-4 depending on how badly he sleeps on a given night.
- Are they a heavy sleeper or a light sleeper? Sort of light? Noise from elsewhere in his residence won’t wake him unless it’s really loud but you can say his name a few times from his doorways a decent volume and he’ll probably wake up. If that doesn’t work, shaking him will.
