Zenith (General info)

The ferna are one of the three Zenithian races, specializing in psychic ability. They are small and very animal-like (though still bipedal), with paws instead of hands. Average height for a ferna is around 2 feet 9 inches.

They come in a wide variety of animal sub-races.

They don't really have hair perse, but they do have longer fur around their head.

Due to their lack of hands, they evolved to naturally possess minor telekinetic abilities at birth. They then can go on to learn more advanced techniques later on

There are two hard limits on psychic power:

1. The user must be grounded on an object to use any form of psychic ability. Generally it can be pretty much anything, but uh, just for sake of this not being an easy loophole I will say, clothing doesn't count.

2. The user must not be in a state of panic.
