Appearance & Magick


Primary Forms: Anima Una appear as a somewhat animal-human hybrid. Meaning while they appear largely human-shaped they have certain animal extremities such as ears, tails, horns, etc, that never go away. They can also have any skin color, hair color, eye color, or skin pattern imaginable.

Animal Forms: Anima Una can all turn into one kind of animal at will. This animal can be virtually anything from your average dog or cat to a mythical dragon or phoenix. They can even be half breeds. The only types they can't become are creatures that are already part human or have very human-like parts such as centaurs, minotaurs, mermaids, vampires, and the like. However, it should also be made clear that normal animals are the most common, while mythical ones are definitely rare.

anima_una_symbol_variations_by_twistedwyThe Symbol: Each Anima Una is born under an elemental class, "Lunar Class" or "Solar Class". Each class rules over specified elements, the anima una will have a mark according to which element they fall under. Keep in mind that Anima Una can not change their element. One they are created with it that's what they have. This magick is thus revealed with a symbol somewhere on their skin. It will reflect their foretold class and can't be removed. It will appear on their animal form as well.

Lunar Class - Water, Air, Darkness, & Chaos

Solar Class - Fire, Earth, Light, & Cosmic Energy. 

Each class symbol can appear in four different variations and can be accompanied by other marking on the anima una's skin. (Tiger strips for example). 

The symbols also have a strict color rule that they follow. Each element has 3 alternate colors to them that the mark can appear as. However, the mark itself does not change color. It is created as one color only, and that's that. anima_una_color_variations_by_twistedwyt

Powers: Anima Una can use a basic form of elemental power based on whatever elemental magick they possess. This is only a single power, no multiples. The most common elements are earth, air, fire, and water. While the rare elements are Darkness, Light, chaos, and Cosmic. It should also be noted that an anima una won't be experienced in these powers as soon as its created. Just like everything they need time to master their magick and grow with experience.

Water

  • Ice Breath - A foggy breath that when called upon, has the ability to freeze whatever it touches.
  • Water/Ice Mimicry - Can transform parts of their body into water or ice.
  • Underwater Breath - They have the ability to breathe underwater. (This is ideal for creatures that can't normally breathe underwater. Anima una with fish attributes can already breathe underwater by default.)

Air

  • Lightning Ball - A ball of electric energy is formed in the palm using air pressure and then thrown at a target.
  • Air Mimicry - Can transform parts of their body into clouds or lightning.
  • Wind Manipulation - The anima Una can use either their breath or the energy from their hands to create a strong wind.

Darkness

  • Shadow Walking - The anima Una can stand in a shadow and vanish from view completely. However, this will only work for as long as the shadow remains.
  • Shadow Puppets- The anima una can create shadows using their hands or any other figure, then control it like a puppet. The shadow can then be made to interact with other shadows and thus manipulate things in the real world. (For example, grabbing the shadow of your leg and tripping you in real-time)
  • Shadow Manipulation - The anima una can form a shadow into a shape with their energy then pull it off the surface making it a solid object. This is good for making weapons.

Chaos

  • Transmutation - The anima una can take the physical parts of one thing and combine them with another to create something new entirely. This can be done with objects as well as living tissue. However, manipulating living tissue of fauna is a lot more advanced and much harder to master than manipulating the tissue of flora.
  • Mind Manipulation - The anima una can read an opponent's mind and reorder thoughts and memories at will. This can only be done while either maintaining eye contact or physically touching the person.
  • Time Manipulation - The anima Una can create a bubble around someone or something and thus alter the flow of time within it. whatever is contained inside will be affected accordingly.
Fire
  • Fire Manipulation - Can use hands and breath to control pre-existing fire.
  • Fire Generation - Can create a flame on their own without the need for fuel or an ignition source. Typically in the palm but can with breath as well.
  • Fire Mimicry - Can transform parts of their body into fire.
Earth
  • Flora Growth - Can grow plants on any surface, but in order to keep those plants alive would require normal things like soil, sun, water, etc.
  • Crystal Growth - Can grow crystals and minerals on any surface and manipulate what they are
  • Earth Mimicry - Can transform parts of their body into plant matter or crystal/minerals.
Light
  • Night Light - The anima una can gather existing light into the palms of there hands and condense it into a ball that then can be carried around.
  • Light Manipulation - Pre-existing light can be controlled and reshaped into weapons and then used. (It becomes solid once reformed.)
  • Laser Emission - The anima una can bend light wavelengths to create lasers
Cosmic
  • Force Field Creation - Energy can be manipulated and focused into an invisible force field or shield-like shape.
  • Shooting Stars - The anima una creates a rain of small twinkling stars that shoot at an opponent like bullets
  • Dark Matter Blast - The anima Una can create a ball of dark matter in their palm and throw it at someone or something. A portion of that thing, the size of the ball will vanish into nothing instantly.
