- Do they go to bed early or stay up late? He’s definitely a night owl.
- When they say they're "going to bed" do they actually mean they're going to sleep or do they mean they're going to read/play on their phone/etc in bed for a while? He’ll read for a bit before trying to sleep.
- What do they wear when they sleep? (if anything at all) Maybe a bathrobe, maybe nothing. Depends on how he’s feeling and if he feels the need to maintain some modicum of modesty (ie. Sharing his bed with someone he isn’t/is newly romantically involved with)
- Do they watch/listen to anything to help them fall asleep? No.
- Do they sleep with a night light on or prefer total darkness? Darkness. He has a sleep mask in case he needs to sleep somewhere that he can’t have total darkness.
- What position do they sleep in? Fetal position, or very occasionally on his back.
- Do they cuddle/snuggle with anything while they sleep? Yes… He has extra pillows on his bed to hold while he sleeps. (He would prefer an actual person, though.)
- Do they have insomnia or do they fall asleep easily? He has trouble sleeping, though it’s a bit better than it used to be. He uses medication to get himself to sleep a lot of the time, even though he knows that relying on that is very bad.
- How many hours of sleep do they get? 4-8 hours of sleep depending on how bad his insomnia was that night.
- Are they a heavy sleeper or a light sleeper? Heavy… He has trouble falling asleep but once he does he sleeps like a log. (He’d always get 8 hours if he didn’t get woken up by his alarms.)
