Silly Smurf is secretly best friends with a "monstrous" smurf known as Creepy, who is exiled from the village due to disastrous events he supposedly caused back in the day. Silly himself does not believe that Creepy could be so evil, as he's more socially awkward than anything. However, when he attempts to convince Papa smurf otherwise, it lands him into punishment.

This is more of a story outline more than an actual story, so some parts may feel incomplete.

Silly smurf often tries to convince Papa smurf that Creepy smurf should live with the rest of their family, since it's not fair for him to be living all alone. Papa protests, saying that Silly doesn't know the truth about Creepy and that he should be staying away from him at all costs. Silly reluctantly agrees, but still sneaks off to bring Creepy gifts and goodies. He also tries to talk to Creepy about his past and how he ended up as the smurf outcast. Creepy responds with a few stutters, saying he can't remember what he did to deserve such a fate. He doesn't have the courage to confront Papa about it because "that smurf knows what he did wrong!" Silly deems this as unfair and rants about how unfortunate the whole situation is. He wants to confront Papa about it personally but Creepy begs him not too, as he doesn't want to make things worse for either of them. Silly has had enough of these excuses and wants answers now! He drags trembling Creepy to the village with an angry face. The other smurfs gasp and whisper to each other; "what did that smurf do this time??" Papa hears the commotion (which is disturbing his lab work) and comes out to see what's happening. He sees Silly and Creepy and confronts the two. Creepy is covering his face with his hands. Papa asks "What is the meaning of this?! and what did I tell you about being with HIM?" Silly explains his thoughts about Creepy, how He's so lonely and confused all the time. It isn't fair to for him to be living outside the village, and that he should come back to his true family! Papa shouts "No! No and NO!" Papa explains how destructive Creepy was as a smurfling and how disastrous he can be when angered. Silly refuses to believe that Creepy is capable of such evil behavior and tries to argue with papa smurf. However, Papa stops Silly from saying anything else and orders the two to separate and stay in their homes for the rest of the day.

Despite Papa's warning, Silly sneaks out at night to visit Creepy, as he feels bad for the distress he caused and can't sleep because of it. He should of listened to Creepy, but still wanted to make a stand for what's right. Silly knocks on his door but gets no answer. He sighs and turns around, thinking Creepy isn't answering purposely. In reality, Creepy was standing behind him silently. "What are you doing here??" He whispered. This startles Silly and he giggles out of fear. He begins to explain how guilty he felt for getting the both of them in trouble, and how it bothered him so much that he couldn't sleep. Silly apologizes and brings a little gift box for Creepy. Creepy sighs and accepts the apology and offers Silly to stay in his home for the night. Silly agrees and the two share a bed together through the night.

The next morning, Silly is awake before Creepy and decorates his home in party decorations and a banquet of food. He wakes Creepy by blowing a party blower and shouts "Surprise!" Creepy is shocked by the wake-up call, but also happy with what Silly has done, but can't express it properly. Silly then explains that he has an idea! He suggests that they switch identities for the day so that Creepy can enjoy what being a smurf is supposed to be. Creepy doesn't like the idea whatsoever, and begs for Silly to leave the trouble behind. "But think of it!" Silly exclaims. "You'll be with the rest of your blue family! You can enjoy dinner with everyone! You can live in an actual mushroom instead of a bush! the positives are endless!" Creepy sighs, thinking that Silly's never going to give up getting him welcomed into the village. He then asks why Silly doesn't remember the awful things he did as a smurfling. "I'm sure that deep inside... there's something wrong with me. But why do you insist that everything's just... smurfy?" Silly tilts his head in thought. "Welllll, I think you're misunderstood." he explains. "You've never smurfed me before! There's a mystery here to unravel and I intend to figure it out!" The two share a cute giggle together and lock eyes. Creepy reluctantly agreed to swap outfits, but only for the day. Silly hugs his friend and cheers. (The scene ends with Silly hopping off-screen and his pants get thrown at Creepy's face.)

After the two swapped outfits, Silly is holding Creepy's hand and the two are running towards the village. Creepy is having second thoughts but Silly assures him that they'll be fine.

Oh, P-Papa smurf is not gonna like this whatsoever... no, no, no.."
"C'mon Creepy, don't be such a sour-smurf! This is going to be so much fun!"
"This is awful! Any smurf can see that we're not dressed accordingly.."
"Nuh-uh! Remember when Hefty posed as Smurfette? No smurf suspected a thing!"
"That was a completely different situation! Oh gosh, We're so smurfed..."

Silly throws himself into a bush and leaves Creepy to wander. "You can do this!" He whispers. Creepy begins to panic and stutter until he is approached by Splotchy who greets "Silly" with a pat on the back. He asks if he'd like to come over to Greedy's place to bake some cupcakes. Creepy reluctantly agrees and the two head off to Greedy's house. Silly sneakily follows behind them.

Greedy is happy to see "Silly" and tasks him with mixing the batter while he goes to get more fruit from Farmer smurf. Splotchy is preparing things to go in the oven. Silly is staring from a window to make sure Creepy is alright. Creepy sees Silly but doesn't say anything. Splotchy makes a comment about how quiet Silly is and asks him if somethings wrong. "N-Nothing! Just debating if I can eat this batter stuff! Haha..." He responds. Splotchy insists that he can, but if he does, save some Greedy. Creepy decides not to eat the batter and asks if it's done being mixed. Splotchy says it is, but it's odd that Silly himself to ask such a question. "O-oh I um.. Didn't sleep well! My eyes are.. Unsmurfy.." He responds. Greedy comes back with a basket of strawberries and blueberries and sets them on the table. "These berries will make Smurfy cake toppings!" He comments. "Would ya mind putting them on top of the cake when it's ready, Silly?" Creepy agrees to do so. Meanwhile, Splotchy pulls Greedy aside and suggests that there's something off about Silly. Greedy brushes it off as him being superstitious due to the commotion the other day. Silly is delighted to see Creepy helping out in the kitchen and makes quiet squeaks in response. Suddenly He is approached by Smurfette, who sneaks up behind him. "Ahem!" She says. This surprised Silly, as he said "O-Oh! Hello Smurfette, Smurfy weather we're having?" Smurfette gets angry at "Creepy" explaining that spying on others isn't very Smurfy. Silly tells her to shush and that it's actually Silly himself in Creepy's clothes. Smurfette gasps and whispers, "why would you want to dress up like that mean ol' smurf?" Silly points into Greedy's kitchen and shows Creepy happily assisting with baking. "See Smurfette! Creepy is misunderstood!" He explains. "I don't see an evil smurf inside him, nor does he have any harmful intentions. Besides, when's the last time Creepy did something bad?" Smurfette stutters by his reasoning and tries to say that she hasn't paid attention. Papa said he was a destructive smurfling, and she wasn't around during those younger years. But if Papa had to exile him from the village entirely, than his past actions must of been serious.

Silly ponders at Smurfette's logic, thinking about how much damage could a smurf possibly do. But his thinking process is interrupted when Papa smurfs appears, angrily. "Smurfette! Creepy!" He shouts. They both jump and scream in fear. "What are you doing with... Him!?" Papa asks Smurfette. Smurfette stutters unable to explain herself. Silly steps in and says, "Papa smurf! I can explain! Y-you see- I-" he gets interrupted when Papa recognizes his voice. "Silly Smurf?! What in smurfs name do you think you're doing!?" Silly tries to continue his explanation but shakes and stutters among Papa's wrath. Papa notices the smurf dressed in Silly's clothing in Greedy's kitchen and grunts. He grabs onto Silly's ear furiously and drags him into the kitchen. Greedy and Splotchy become confused as to why he brought "Creepy" into the kitchen. Papa explains that Creepy smurf is dressed in Silly's attire, and vice versa. The 2 smurfs gasp and hide in fear. "Oh my smurfness! I let HIM into my kitchen!?" Greedy shouts. Papa grabs a hold of Creepy with his other arm, and drags the two outside. He takes the two naughty smurfs into his lab for a serious chat. He explains that Silly's behavior is unacceptable and that he will be grounded in his house, with someone guarding the entrance. Until Silly realizes his mistakes, will he be let out. Silly begs for papa to listen but he denies any more excuses. "Do you know why this particular smurf is banned from our village?" Papa interrupts. Silly shakes his head. "Back when everysmurf was a smurfling, this... monster had almost destroyed the village single-smurfily!" Before Silly could protest once more, Papa continued his story. "Multiple times has this smurf purposely attacked and caused chaos among my village, just as a child! You are one of the lucky smurfs that survived his wrath.." Papa sends Creepy (who's crying at this point) back to his home in the outskirts while Silly is sent to stay in his home. Papa also sends a smurf guard to Silly's place in case he does try to sneak out. In Silly's home he looks out the window and sighs with sadness. A single tear runs down his face.

That same night, Silly refuses to sleep as he's been trying to make party decorations for hours. His party blowers make a depressing whistle noise and Silly just isn't happy. Meanwhile, a smurf approaches the other smurf guarding Silly's house. "Uhm- take a rest smurf, I'll guard for the night!" He said. The other smurf (Splotchy) shrugged and walked off. The new smurf guard knocked on the door and called for Silly to answer. Silly responded with a depressed party blower noise. The mysterious smurf went to Silly's window and saw him lying on the ground dramatically sad. "Psst! Silly It's me, Creepy!" The smurf said. Silly made a questioning party blower noise and looked up. It was indeed Creepy but in disguise! Silly makes a happy noise and runs to the window. "What are you doing here? I thought you'd be mad at me!" Silly whispered. "Where'd you get those clothes?" Creepy explains that he took them from Tailor's outdoor drying rack and he's come to rescue Silly. The "trapped" smurf explains that he doesn't need rescuing, but it would be nice to get out of the house. Creepy climbs through the window whilst Silly unlocks the front door. Creepy also changes back into his normal, darker clothing. The two run off in the forest. "Where are we going?" Silly asked. "I don't know, but we'll smurf away as far as we can!" Creepy responded. Silly stops the both of them from going any further. "Wait! What!? Why do we need to leave?" He asks. Creepy explains that for them to stay friends, they'd have to leave the village. He can't go into the village without making Silly look like a fool. Silly protests saying that it's his home as well as Creepy's, they just need some help convincing Papa smurf. "But who could we smurf for help?" Creepy asked. Silly thought about it, saying that Homnibus is too close to Papa so he might not agree with them. But Silly has a long shot idea!

The two smurfs travel to Mother nature's during the night and knocked on her door. She surprisingly answered, but was very tired. She asked what the smurfs were doing in the middle of the night, and Silly responded by explaining the entire situation. Mother nature yawned and allowed them to stay the night and she'll properly listen to them in the morning. She grabs a large blossom for the smurfs to use a giant bed and the petals as blankets. Silly tries to continue his problems but gets brushed off. When the roosters crowed the next morning, Papa was doing his morning routine and decided to pay Silly a visit. However, he became concerned that no smurf was there guarding the home. He took a peek inside as well and noticed Silly was also missing. He thought about the situation and reminded himself that Grouchy was supposed to be the night watch. He headed straight to Grouchy's home and woke him up. "Grouchy! You were supposed to watch over Silly last night!" Grouchy grumbled awake and said "I HATE night watch!" Papa wondered who the day watch guard was and remembered that it was Splotchy. He went over to his home and asked which smurf took over the night watch. Splotchy claimed it was too dark to really tell who it was. Papa smurf sighed and organized a search party to find Silly. (consisting of Greedy, Smurfette, Tracker, and Splotchy) Meanwhile he'll look for clues in Creepy's house.

Back at Mother nature's home Silly and Creepy were gifted little cups of tea while they explain their whole story to her in detail. Mother nature felt pity for the outcasted smurf but she claimed there was nothing she could do to help them. She deals with the daily needs of the forest, not the lives of the creatures that dwell within. The smurfs sigh with disappointment. Then, Creepy gets an idea. "What if father time helped us? Maybe he can smurf us what terrible things I did in the past to see if they're true!" Mother nature laughed, stating that Father time is as stubborn as a mule, and does not take requests so easily. The smurfs begged her to help them convince Father time to assist. She sighed and reluctantly agreed to help them. (Mostly so she can get back to her own duties) they all went off to visit Father time's workshop.

Later in the day, Papa investigates Silly's house and finds white smurf clothes at the back. They look like they've been thrown. "Hmm..." He says to himself. "If they don't find Silly smurf soon, he'll become... smurfed!"  Papa catches up with the search party, who had no luck so far in their searches. "Papa smurf!" Tracker called. "Any luck smurfing clues?" Papa explains that Creepy must of ran away with Silly, as the white clothes in his home suggest that he disguised himself overnight to get close to Silly. Smurfette begins to cry "Oh boo-hoo! Where could they have gone?" She says. Greedy begins sniffing in the air. "Mm! Do y'all smell that??" He asks. Everyone attempts to smell the air. "Hmm... Smells like smurfberry desserts to me." Tracker comments. "Smurfberry creme cakes to be exact!" Greedy responds. "And they're not coming from my kitchen." Papa begins to think. "Isn't Silly always helping you in the kitchen, Greedy?" Papa asks. Greedy says he usually does. "So the smell is possibly stuck onto Silly smurf himself!" Papa says. "Greedy! Tracker! Follow that smell!" "Yes papa smurf!" They say in unison. The 2 smurfs led on while the others followed along.

Back to the runaway smurfs and Mother nature, they're all begging for Father time's assistance. "No, no, no, and No!" Father time shouted. "My duties are far too important to keep helping out the smurfs!" Mother nature placed her hands on her hips, looking angry. "Oh Father time, don't be so ridiculous!" She says. "Poor Creepy smurf needs to know what exactly caused him to be casted out from the smurfs village! Won't you feel pity for the little dearie?" Father time shook his head, claiming that the smurfs bring him nothing but trouble. The two adults begin to bicker at each other. Creepy sighs and sits on the floor, while Silly tries to comfort him. Eventually, Mother nature was able to convince Father time to help them through the use of bribery. Father time brings everyone to the next room over and takes out a mirror with a clock on the top of it. "This magic mirror will show you events that happened in your past, but be wary that what you see is the truth!" Father says. Silly jumps with joy and asks how it works. "You must enter the "dimension of history". Only then will the mirror will detect your physical presence, which it needs to recollect your histories. then it replays the actions of the past, creating a magical theater act!" Everybody seems confused. Father time sighs. "In other words, you will need to jump through the mirror to see the past." Silly asks how they can jump through a solid looking mirror while Creepy becomes concerned about what would happen if they get stuck in the mirror. Father explains that it's not possible and raises up the two smurfs with his hands. Creepy and Silly hold hands as they jump into the mirror together.

The two smurfs tumble out of the mirror from the other side and they appear to be back in the smurf village. Things look a lot different however, as Papa has his brown beard and all the smurfs were smurflings. None of them seem to notice Silly or Creepy's presence. "Hey I remember this!" Creepy pointed out. "Papa always played smurfball with us.." Silly doesn't recall much of what's happening. Papa and the smurflings were passing the ball to each other whilst singing. Eventually the ball was tossed through Creepy smurf, as if he was a hologram. Silly laughed at the funny action, until a smurfling ran through himself to go grab the ball. The two laughed it off and continued to explore. Silly began to point out which smurfling was who. "That's definitely Greedy smurf! and that's Brainy! Hmm... Maybe that's Painter o-or me!" He said. Creepy tugged on his arm and pointed at a specific smurfling with leaves and twigs on his hat. "Thats me!" He said delightedly. Silly asked about the "camoflauge" on his hat, and Creepy explained that he wasn't born "Creepy". He was known as Sneaky! He tended to hide and play 'sneaky' tricks on the others. Silly still doesn't remember much of this and acts surprised by Creepy's childhood. They watch Sneaky smurfling try to catch the smurfball but it goes flying into the woods. The other smurflings awed with disappointment, but Sneaky says "don't worry smurfs! I'll go get it!" And runs off into the woods. Creepy and Silly follow after him, being able to run through the trees and bushes with ease. Sneaky seems to get lost and looks around for the ball. Meanwhile, an evil character appears with a big grin on his face. "Oh no..." Creepy whispers. Sneaky notices him and asks if he's seen his ball. The evil character is a bad imp, and says that the ball flew into a specific bush. Sneaky gives his thanks and shoves his arm in the bush. He does not find the ball, but a strange red crystal. The evil imp recites a spell and uses cursed magic upon the little smurfling. Silly gasps in confusion, while Creepy is paralyzed with anxiety. "Finally I can be free! You stupid smurfs are so easy to fool!" The imp says. Sneaky asks what's happening to him. The imp explains that he's (basically) dying because of his own evilness. So he has cursed the crystal, which in turn curses the little smurf since he touched it. He also states that he's always hated the forest and the smurfs especially, so what better to curse the "happiest" creature into the worst version of himself, to be rid of everything good. The imp bid farewell and faded from existence.

Sneaky began to cry and ran back to the village. Creepy and Silly followed him. He ran into Papa's arms and told him what happened, but Papa believes that Sneaky is just overly upset about losing the ball. Sneaky gives the crystal he found to papa, which is now a black color. Papa asks where he got it from but Sneaky cannot answer due to the tears in his eyes. He sends the smurfling off to rest at home, whilst he figures out where the crystal originates from. Silly and Creepy look at each other. "So there was an ugly, unsmurfy imp who hurt you?" Silly asks. "I wonder why he hates the forest..." Creepy stood unmoving without saying anything. The two walked over to Papa's lab where he's examining the crystal. "Great smurfs!" He says. "This crystal is the WORST thing any smurf could come across.. I-I'd better find something to help poor Sneaky.." Papa begins rummaging through his books. "Papa did try to help me..." Creepy whispered. "Papa's always helping us. I'm sure he did his best to smurf a cure." Silly responded. All of a sudden, a large bang was heard and the smurflings were screaming. Silly and Creepy turn around whilst Papa runs out of the lab. They all witness Sneaky on top of a roof, throwing makeshift acorn bombs around. Papa confronts Sneaky and tries persuading him to come down. Sneaky sticks his tongue out and tosses an acorn towards him. Papa luckily dodges it and begins picking up the scared smurflings and sending them to shelter. "I-I don't remember this!" Creepy cried out. "That isn't me..." Sneaky hopped from the roof on top of the village well. "Look!" Silly shouted and pointed. "Your chest has a flame on it! How'd that happen?" Creepy stutters and says he doesn't know. Sneaky's piercing red eyes had been distracting him. Papa continues to talk with Sneaky but be refuses to listen. He attempts to throw another acorn bomb but slips and falls through the well's roof into the well itself. Papa pulls on the well's rope and lifts a wet Sneaky up. The smurfling was dazed and confused. "Papa smurf? H-How did I get in the well?" He asked. "Erm... Dont worry my little smurfling, let's get you to my lab." Papa reassures that Sneaky will be fine. He carries Sneaky off to his lab to see what could be done about the curse. Silly and Creepy stand together in a moment of silence. Creepy begins to cry. "It wasn't my fault..." He muttered.

Meanwhile, present day Papa smurf and his search party found Father time's workshop with the help of Tracker and Greedy. They knock on the door and mother nature answers. "Have you seen Silly and Creepy?" Papa asks. "It's a matter of great urgency!" Mother nature says they're in another room in the workshop but they seem upset. Papa and others rush to where they are. They see Father time watching a floating mirror that reflects the past. Father time acts delighted to see Papa smurfs and tells them the situation. He says it's an emergency for the two smurfs to come out of there immediately. However, Father time explains that he cannot pull the smurfs out of the mirror, as they can only come out on their own. "All we can do is wait and witness the events that follow." So Papa and others witness the following:

"I had one slip-up and THIS is how he helps me?" Creepy said contemplating himself. Silly tries to reassure Creepy that their must of been more to it than that. Father time hears this and "fast-forwards" to another day where Sneaky had gone bonkers. The village was on fire and the crazed smurfling was unstoppable. Creepy and Silly became unmoving as the time-skip was unexpected. Father time used his magic in order to skip forward through the past again and again and paused each time to show what Sneaky was capable of. Eventually when he became of age, Papa sent him away to live alone. It was the best thing to do for the safety of the village and other smurfs. "OKAY, Okay! I get it! Creepy asked. "But what's the cause of this whole mess?" Father time rewinded just a bit, a few moments before Sneaky goes berserk. The smurfling is getting looks from his brothers, and is clearly uncomfortable. He sees the others playing smurfball and asks if he could join in. The smurfs reluctantly allow him to play. Sneaky obtains the ball and throws it, but it ends up going over a house. Sneaky apologizes but the others reassure that its fine. One of the smurfs runs off to get the ball whilst the others wait patiently. "Have you smurfed Greedy smurf's new dish? He calls it a muffin!" One smurf says, making conversation. "Eh, they weren't too BAD. I prefer them with the smurfberry filling." Sneaky hears the word "bad" which triggers his transformation into his evil self. The flame ignites itself on Sneaky's chest, but no one notices it yet. The other smurf brings the ball back and kindly tosses it back to Sneaky. He catches it with one hand and quickly throws it at the other smurf. the other smurf luckily dodges, but hits (past) Silly Smurfling in the head and he becomes unconscious. Silly smurf (present) gasps at what just happened. The other smurfs rush to Silly's aid and call for Papa smurf. Meanwhile Sneaky runs off to begin his rampage. Papa comes out of his lab and grabs a bucket of water. He douses Sneaky with it and the insane smurf snaps out of it. Papa then asserts his position to Sneaky, claiming that this is getting out of hand. The other smurfs bring Silly to Papa's lab. Sneaky tries to apologize but gets promptly ignored.

"You... knocked me out." Silly mentions. "That's why I can't remember a single thing in our smurfhood. I-I gained Amnesia... from you." He turns to face Creepy but he has his head down. Thinking that he feels ashamed, Silly tries to comfort Creepy. However, Creepy smacks Silly's hand away. "I can give you more than just a headache!" Creepy says, with the ignited flame on his chest. (He heard the word "bad" from the flashback) He proceeds to grab Silly and chokes him with his arm. Back at Father time's, everyone witnesses this and begs Father to bring the two smurfs out. Father time panics and frantically shakes the mirror which also shakes the flashback. The two smurfs in the mirror fall over and Silly is freed. Silly begins to scramble away but looks back at his friend. He begins to cry as he runs back to the mirror portal to escape. Creepy chases after him and topples Silly as they go through the mirror.

Luckily Father time and Mother nature separate the two before things got out of hand. Silly runs into Papa smurf's arms whilst the adults restrain Creepy. "Oh Papa smurf!" Silly cries, "Why did this happen to Creepy?" Papa apologizes. "I'm sorry, I should of smurfed you the whole story from the beginning, i was afraid that you wouldnt of believed me." Creepy becomes tied up with Mother nature's vines. "Ooh! Poor little smurf!" She says. "Perhaps there's a.. more logical solution to this not-gooded-ness?" Creepy laughs maniacally. "Sure Grandma! My madness stems from the darkest of sorcery, Next time, just bring me some noodle soup, that cures anything!" He exclaims. Mother nature becomes offended and explains that this isn't normal behavior. Smurfette and the other smurfs hide behind Papa and Silly Smurf. "Oh my! That smurf is as nasty as Gargamel!" Smurfette cried out. "Yeah! I'll never forgive him for blowing up my kitchen!" Greedy agrees. Papa smurf orders Greedy and Tracker to fetch a bucket of water to be rid of the flame on Creepy. But Silly protests, saying that they cant keep dousing Creepy, as that's only ever a temporary solution. Papa argues that he's tried many, many times to find a cure, but that imp's magic is too powerfully evil even for Papa's goodness. "There must be a way!" Silly cries out. "There's always a way.." Creepy's flame burns through mother nature's vines, freeing himself. He rips the vines off himself and jumps in front of the other smurfs. "What's the matter smurfs? Don't you all recognize me?" Creepy taunts. The smurfs all shake in fear, except Papa who confronts Creepy. "Let my little smurf go, you foul creature!" He demands. "Yeah... thats not how this works." Creepy says sarcastically and smiles with an evil grin. "Your poor 'Sneaky smurf' is gone! I aim to tarnish the goody-two-shoes reputation of all you lousy smurfs, starting with destroying your precious forest to be rid of you ALL!" He then runs through the smurfs, knocking them over. Mother nature and Father time attempt to grab Creepy but they bump into each other and fall on their bums. "Ha! You couldn't stop me 100 years ago, and you can't stop me now!" Creepy says and runs off into the forest. "Oh my smurfness!" Smurfette says. "He's probably heading to the village!" Splotchy says. Papa smurf agrees and orders everyone to follow Creepy's trail before he destroys the entire forest. Mother nature and Father time stay behind as they were still dazed from bumping into each other. Mother makes a comical comment about needing a vacation whilst Father agrees.

Back at the village, Creepy makes it there before the others and takes a quick rest. He hides behind a mushroom home and peeks around the corner. He looks around for something to cause chaos with. He notices Jokey smurf with his surprises, and sneaks towards him. He takes one of the boxes, taps on Jokey's shoulder and throws the box on his head. Jokey's muffled stutters of confusion are abruptly over when the box explodes. Creepy laughs aloud which catches Jokey's attention. He gasps and yells, "Help! The Creepy smurf is back! The creepy smurf is back!" This alerts the other smurfs and everyone scrambles. Creepy continues his naughty spree by harassing all the other smurfs. He grabs a lantern and tosses it at a random smurf. Luckily the smurf dodged it but the lantern catches a house on fire. "Fire! Fire!" another smurf yells out. "I HATE fire Fire!" Grouchy says. The smurf fire brigade appears to douse the fire, using Handy's makeshift firetruck mobile. However Creepy managed to hop onto the vehicle and tosses the driving smurf out it. He began to take control and drives it around the village, causing mayhem. The fire spreads and Creepy purposely crashes through a few houses. Finally, Papa and the others returned. "Oh no! We're too late!" Tracker points out. "But we got to save the village!" Splotchy yells out and runs off to help the smurfs in the village by using classic water buckets to rid the flames. "And my goodies!" Greedy follows. Smurfette begins to cry, "Ooh! Papa smurf! What can we do against that mad smurf?" Papa instructs Smurfette and Tracker to assist any injured smurfs, while he tends to Creepy. "Yes Papa smurf!" Smurfette and Tracker run off. Silly smurf stops Papa and tells him that he's going to confront Creepy, as it's technically his fault for everything happening. Papa explains that there's no hope. He's going to get a bucket of water to rid the flame, since it's the only way to return him back to normal. Silly still insists to help Creepy whether or not Papa agrees with his methods. Silly smurf runs off to form his own plan to get Creepy back, while Papa is put to deal with the fires at hand. He grabs multiple buckets and gives them to the others. He and many smurfs form a line to throw water at the flames. Meanwhile, Silly runs into his house and brings out his giant confetti cannon. He climbs into it and waits for Creepy to appear at the right moment. Silly quickly pulls the string and Launches himself at Creepy, who's still driving around. He manages to knock the crazy smurf off the fire brigade vehicle and the two tumble on the ground. The smurf vehicle continues to drive around aimlessly, but luckily its terror ends by crashing into the cliffside.

Back at the two smurfs, Silly has pinned down a struggling Creepy on the ground. "Get off of me you stupid smurf!" Creepy shouts as he tries to wiggle free. Silly refuses, stating that he'll never let go of his best friend. Creepy continues to struggle but temporarily gives up from tiredness. Silly still holds him tightly and keeps the evil smurf pinned. However the flame from Creepy's chest is burning him. He begins to cry from the burning pain. Silly attempts to comfort Creepy, telling him that it's okay if he's angry. "That meanie imp can't keep you forever.. Just know that I'm always here for you buddy.." Creepy growls and wiggles again. Papa and a group of other smurfs begin to surround the two. Papa tries to convince Silly to get off of Creepy so they can douse the flame. Silly refuses and begs for their to be a better way to end this. Creepy is visibly annoyed about being held down for so long. "I'm surprised that such a pathetic fool is capable of such strength.." he comments. "You're just lucky that this smurf is weaker than that weakling smurf. " "I know you may be gone..." Silly whispers and sniffles. "But.. Just know, that I-I love you. I love you so smurfily much, you couldn't see it... Because you were always afraid to know what true love feels like.." "Oh, brother! Can somebody get this idiot off me?" Creepy demands. Silly sheds a tear that lands on Creepy's little flame. It sparkles a bit before turning pink. All the smurfs as well as Creepy himself gasp at the unexpected change. Silly looks upward, Suddenly Creepy is crying. "What have you done?" He mutters almost angrily. The pink flame evaporates into a pastel cloud and grows larger, Creepy faints in the process. After a few seconds the cloud "explodes" into magical dust, causing almost every smurf to be knocked over.

When the dust subsided, all the smurfs turned their attention to the unconscious Creepy in Silly's arms. "Great smurfs!" Papa says aloud. "I-I understand it all now! The power of true love freed Creepy from that evil spell! It was the cure all along!" He slowly walks over and places his hand on Silly's shoulder, smiling proudly. Creepy wakes up dazed and confused. "Ughh.. What happened?" He questions. Silly hugs his friend and gives him a big kiss on the lips. He then jumps with happiness that Creepy's curse is gone for good. Creepy looks around, seeing every smurf staring at him and becomes incredibly flustered. Papa offers his hand to help Creepy up. He is hesitant at first, but accepts it. "Erm... P-Papa?" Creepy mumbles. "Why aren't you mad?" Papa apologizes for everything he's done and explains what happened in summary. "You are one lucky smurf." Papa comments. "to have someone believe in you.. despite my constant mistakes." Creepy stares at Silly's cheering and happiness with partial confusion.

"We should celebrate this smurftastic moment with a party!" Silly cheers. Papa smurf laughs and says "not before we fix this mess." Whilst pointing to the damage Creepy has done. Embarrassed by the destruction he caused, Creepy tries to excuse himself and head home. Papa stops him and asks if he'd like to help clean up. Creepy's eyes widened and he smiled. (Usually papa gets furious and sends Creepy off to his lonesome home) Creepy says he'd be happy to help. All the smurfs begin cleaning up as papa watches over them. Heavy, Hefty and Handy are salvaging the remains of the fire brigade. Lucky and other smurfs begin reconstruction of village homes. Painter and Speedy are painting the houses as they get built. Smurfette and Vanity are decorating the finished houses with furniture. Lastly Dabbler and Cuddly are tending to the injured smurfs. Papa smurf sighs with a bit of relief. He walks around some more and notices Silly and Creepy gathering materials nearby. Silly is pulling a wagon whilst Creepy chops wood and tosses the logs in there.

When Silly attempts to pull the wagon, it doesn't budge. He comically tries his best to get it to move, but nothing happens and he ends up giving up by laying on the ground. Creepy giggles and helps Silly up and assists by pushing the wagon from behind. Papa smiles at the two and that concludes the story.

Aftermath: once the village has been fully rebuilt, Papa welcomes Creepy back to the village with open arms and begins calling him Sneaky again. He offers an empty house to be Creepy's new home. However, Creepy is overwhelmed with such positive attention and affection that he prefers to live in his smurfberry bush. He's not sure if the other smurfs will easily forgive him after all he's done in the past. But he thanks Papa for the offer. Papa asks if he'll come visit. Creepy tells him that he will, since there's no need to hide or snoop around anymore.
