Glacions are large, icy beasts of the North snow deserts. They vary vastly in size, but their combined wingspan can be at over 200 feet. On average, their wingspan is around the 100 foot mark. They have thick, insulating scales that provide protection all over their bodies and have long talons on their feet. White is most common, although light blue Glacions have been spotted.

What makes a Glacion a Glacion, aside from where they live, is what magic they possess. Glacions harbor ice magic, which allows them to breathe below-zero gusts of ice fog and mists. When they are in a hot environment, they cannot use their frost magic.

Q. Where do Glacions live?
A. Glacions live usually in frozen tundras. They prefer to live atop mountains to be at the most frosty area avaliable to them.

Q. What do Glacions eat?
A. Glacions dive into the ocean and hunt for their primary food source; fish.

Q. Do they lay eggs?
A. Female Glacions do lay eggs. After the egg is laid, the mother will build a nest around the egg and provide it constant protection. The male will only stick around to provide the female hunted fish up until the egg hatches. Once the egg hatches, the male will leave and not return.
