formatting is a little weird because i wrote this randomly on discord.
Billy could hear the ruffle of the sheets and the small jump of the mattress as Adem turned over. He could feel his eyes looking at him, waiting for him to turn around and face him.
He did, and when he did he was met with the eyes he knew stared, and so longingly for he had no idea why.
He didn't feel worthy of that sort of love yet, or ever.
"Do you know.." Adem drifted off into a momentary silence before continuing, "... How beautiful you are?"
Billy held a laugh back in his throat, dimples showing with a nervous, awkward smile. Small, but concealed a burst of big, large emotions.
"What?" He replied, matching Adem's quiet murmur.
"You're," Billy watched as Adem took his hand and laid it onto his cheek, warm from blood rushing to it. A thumb gently stroked right beneath his earlobe, dragging against his skin, across his jaw. The movement stole the life right out of him. Adem never finished what he was saying, and despite it Billy still understood. That's what he loved about their relationship. When there was no time for words, and when words simply weren't enough, their bodies could touch and speak for them.
