The sirens howled like wolves hunting over the hills. they gathered into a cacophony, deafening all who were near, lights flashed out of sync adding to the sense depriving scene. cars whipped along the road hungry for their chase, whether that hunger was for their prey or the hunt itself was hard to determine. the acrid smell of rubber wafted up from the hot road as squeals from protesting tires joined the choir of sirens and sharp pops shot to not be missed. people scrambled to take the least amount of space before the huge monstrous vehicles.
