With her nose firmly planted to the ground, Even seems to be sniffing out for something. Of course, her nose isn't really good at anything yet... She trips and falls on nothing.

Even prepares to pull herself up before her cousin joins her on the floor. She quickly baps his face with a fluffy paw before laughing. "Hiya," she mimics. "I push you, and you can slide, okay?" Before she receives a response from Ragnar, she gets up and puts as much force as she can into sending him sliding.

Even laughs so hard that she falls over again. She then nods her head. "I wanna go!" she responds, ready for the shove when she spots Lorcan watching them. "Do you wanna push?"

Even smiles, before turning to look at Ragnar. "Push me!" she commands.

Even grins as Lorcan prepares to push her, and she faces forward again. She lets out a loud 'wee' as she slides across the floor, this being the farthest she's ever slid. Despite the powerful shove, she ends up not bumping into anything! "Nice! We did it!"

Even hops back up, watching Ragnar and Lorcan interact until she finds herself bored. She wishes her sister would come out and play- wherever she is. She finds Morrigan lingering towards the entrance, and she roughly shoves her in the shoulder before running off. "Tag, you're it!"

Even runs as fast as her little paws can take her, giggling all the way, but the rough smack paired with her toeless paws sends her sliding back onto the floor. She huffs in frustration, finding her mood quickly ruined by losing. She mopes on the floor.

Even groans, finally forcing herself up. "Game isn't fair..." she pouts, though she doesn't clarify her reasoning. She perks up immediately though and places a paw on Ragnar. "Tag! Can't catch me!"

Even was done with all her cousins. Not that she was angry (okay, maybe a little... they didn't let her win!). She goes to find Aud and Orm, snuggling up to her family and whining about how her day sucked.

Even stares at Lorcan's tail, being enticed by the moving limb. She takes a bite out of it.

Even squeaks as she's lifted by Ivar and placed off somewhere else, deciding to lie on the floor in protest and have her head facing a different direction than the rest of the group. She is listening, however, albeit upset.

Even tries to take a chomp out of Aud's haunch. "Uncle Ivar, Aud is being a dumbbutt," she grumbles.

Even tries to concentrate on her uncle's story, but Aud is distracting her far too much. "Move," she huffs. "Please. Pleaaase."

Even scampers after Orm, following him from behind until she sees her sister doing… something. She isn’t sure what. With the tilt of her head, Even approaches Aud. ”Wanna play tag instead?”

Even falls into a giggle fit as she sees Ragnar lose his balance. She approaches him and tells him to play with her, pleaaaase.

Even pats her chin as she's deep in thought... and then: "Tickle attack!" She loudly latches onto Ragnar and tickles his belly, most likely disturbing the two kittens off reading in the corner.

Even can't help but stare as the queen made her announcement. Wow... pretty! I need to be just like her... She likes the thought of finally going outside, seeing what all the hubbub was about.

Lorcan catches her eye, and she begins to ramble about how amazing it's gonna be to go out, but seeing him cry gives her second thoughts. "Why sad?" she murmurs. "Oh, right... you don't talk. That's okay, my sister doesn't talk either. You know who does talk a lot? Dagfinn and Ragnar, they're my cousins."

She pauses. "Wait, you already know them... Oh, but why sad? Isn't going outside a good thing?" She plops next to him.

Even watches Lorcan emote his feelings, her head tilted to the side. Her eyes widen at his dramatic slam. Not a good thing, she thinks. "Ohhh..." she hums. "Scary, huh? You don't wanna leave, 'cause you might get hurt. But everyone's lived outside the palace before, so it must be kinda safe, right?"

Her tiny paws slide against the floor, her two-toed forepaw catching her attention in particular. She wiggles the digits. "Hey, so... Remember when I bit you, when Uncle Ivar was telling his story? Like- Dagfinn from a long, long time ago was probably scared- but he had to be brave. When he was a baby like us, he was probably scared by a whole bunch of things." She lets out a squeaky laugh.

"Actually, I'm not scared at all. Nuh-uh. If you need me to protect you, I will."

Even takes Lorcan's non-protesting as a good sign. She's a super good mindreader, probably due to the many times she's had to decipher what Aud was trying to say. She was used to the silence.

She gives her friends a few tough licks. "Iz okay, buddy! Stormr cats are all so, so strong, it's in our blood. I'mma tear all the insides out of all the bad guys!" She hums. "...or I can get my papa to do it."

Even gallops to Ivar's side, squeaking out a "Let's go!" She spots Nivatsiak looking rather upset, so evilly she sticks her tongue out at the older cat.

Even falls on the floor in laughter at Niviatsiak's retaliation, loud enough to hide Ivar's voice. Eventually she gets back up and nods her head, though she mostly agrees to his terms just to get out quicker.

Even is running around the palace, eventually popping into the classroom and getting her sticky paws onto things she probably shouldn't be touching.

Even barely notices Reginleif, until she turns around and sees the cat peeking her head. She stares for a moment. "...Hi," she greets. "You're not a kitten. I've only seen old people ALL day. That's okay, do you still wanna play?"

Even also watches, but not with concern. Glee.

Even slides around the floor, as she usually does, instead of walking like a normal person. Whoever ends up in her way, she completely ignores and pushes right through them like a zamboni.

Even gladly holds onto Morrigan tightly, before coming to a sudden stop in front of Aud and hopefully tripping her onto the pile of kittens in the process. She laughs very loudly, and very annoyingly.

Despite expecting Aud's impending fall, Even still lets out an 'oof' from the weight. She grunts out, "Oh, well, I'm pretty strong, I can carry both of you..." Her voice trails off when Morrigan gets up from the pile. Even raises a brow in confusion, especially after her cousin's command.

"Okay," she says, albeit a bit hesitant, eyeing Aud as if asking her what was going on. "We could make weapons and stab each other with them."

Even lets out a loud hum in thought. Sticks are easy to handle, but rocks are heavy and smash things easy! "I can pick up the rock, you guys can have the sticks. With our powers combined, we're gonna rule these lands with an iron paw!" She catches sight of Juni, smirking mischievously. "I think I found our test subject!"

Even frowns when she makes eye-contact with Juni. Maybe she shouldn't have said that... She quickly turns her head when Aud suggests talking to the cat, all the backstory Morrigan had said previously going in one ear and out the other. Something about... her being a student, or something.

"Uh, okay..." she murmurs. Man, she doesn't wanna seem like a coward, but also she doesn't wanna get beat up in front of her sister and cousin.

She gets up and patters over to Juni. "Hi." Itching her nose, she mulls over the scrolls that the stranger has been reading from. "You're kinda creepy, but I think that's cool. Do you wanna play with us?" Wait, scrap that. "Uh, I mean... With me. Just me, I dunno where everyone else went."

Even giggles, taking the little nickname as a compliment. Upon Juni's question, she's pulled back into her reality. "Hm..." She absentmindedly messes with her two-toed paw. "Well, nothing boring. Maybe we can play hide and seek?" Probably not the best of options; the goal was to keep Juni put, but that was immediately thrown out the window.

"Go hide, I'm gonna find you!"

Even enters the bedchambers, letting out a yawn before watching the scene in front of her. She tries to stop herself from falling asleep as she watches Ivar pass out flowers.

Even is on a secret spy mission. A secret spy mission that no one knows about, because she's a secret spy. The queen needs some top secret spy information stuff that only Even and her weaker side-kick Morrigan can only provide. The kitten crouches in the shadows, only illuminated by whatever torchlight she happens to pass as she slowly crawls behind Niviatsiak.

With every move the older cat makes, Even tries to follow suite with much quieter pawsteps. She looks behind her to see if Morrigan is following.

Even raises her brows at Morrigan in return, before sticking her tongue out defiantly. She's gonna go whenever she wants to go, she tells her cousin through really weird facial expressions. She quickly turns her head to face forward again, checking to see if they've been spotted yet- luckily, no.

Even wonders what to do next. Keep following quietly like a good spy, or... do a funny little prank.

She backs up a ways, which must seem confusing to Morrigan, as Even cooks up another idea. When she reaches closer to the safety of the shadows, she lays flat on the floor and cups both paws near her mouth. Then, she lowers her voice into what she assumes is spooky...

"I'm gonna eat you, little molly~" she coos evilly, hoping that deepening her voice and the echoing of said voice is convincing enough.

As soon as Niviatsiak begins to turn around, she knew she messed up. All of Even's muscles tighten in her body, the hairs on her neck rising just slightly. She really thought she did a good job on that whole monster impression thing... but now she's gotta suffer the consequences.

Or does she?

It could have been from the sudden rush of adrenaline, but Even skillfully backs up and shoves Morrigan across the floor, hoping she slides and becomes the center of Niviatsiak's attention, therefore the root of the problem. Not her, definitely not her. She won't abandon Morrigan entirely since she isn't that evil... but also because she wants to see how this plays out. For now, she takes Morrigan's place from within the shadows.

Even giggles to herself. The fact that she got away with it... She must be really-

Suddenly, Morrigan yells out at her, obviously not happy. Woops... Before she has room to speak, she's bapped on the nose, and her former side-kick is now stomping away from both her and their victim. Even swallows away the sudden icky feeling in her throat. She doesn't really know what it is.

It was funny at first, but now things are different. Maybe she shouldn't have done that to her. Even reveals herself from the shadows, awkwardly exchanging a glance to Niviatsiak. "... Sorry," she mutters. "I just wanted to have some fun." Well, maybe the apology shouldn't be for the older molly... as she seems to be reveling in Morrigan's displeasure.

She thinks to Orm for a second, and how he'd feel if he saw that interaction. She knows he wouldn't be happy. Even, after thinking about what she's done, runs after Morrigan. "Wait!"

When Even is pushed back, she makes no effort to retaliate, nor does she say anything. She just... watches the two exit the hall. Maybe she should've done something, but... maybe she's done enough already.

Even glares at Niviatsiak's familiar, expecting her to receive some form of beating from the bird. Her gaze softens though when she's given the mouse. She's silent as she's finally left alone in the hall, and she eats the little snack with tears in her eyes. Like how you're forced to eat dinner after your parents yell at you.

Even is sleeping normally, this time in the comfort of the bedchambers. Rather suddenly, she feels as if someone is staring at her. Opening her tired eyes, Even glances around wearily, finding nothing out of the ordinary in front of her. However, as she turns her head...

Eye contact with Morrigan. She gazes blankly at her cousin. Silence... "What?"

She continues to stare, visibly unimpressed with Morrigan's lack of an answer. Or maybe her answer just didn't suffice. Even gets up and tugs off Morrigan's blanket, returning to her sleeping spot and shutting her eyes, draping herself with her stolen possession.

Even expected what happened, the brief warmth of the blanket immediately lost. She lets out a hiss. "Why do you hate me?" she grumbles. The kitten whispers a few angry words under her breath, probably best left unheard.

Completely unaware of any other cat that may be impeding on the conversation, Even seems taken aback. "What?" she questions. "I was right there, it was just a dumb joke, you... you-" Hot air is coming out of her nostrils. "You're ugly. And you smell. Everyone thinks you do."

Out of all the things she could've expected, Even did not expect what just came out of Morrigan's mouth. Now she's started war... and Even wants to finish it, her way. "You're a joke! I wish you were never born!"

Somehow, with all the rage in her heart at that moment, the younger kitten decides to attack Morrigan. Not that skilled in combat, she relies only on her innate instincts, taking a bite at whatever part of Morrigan's body is closest: her foreleg. She draws quite a bit of blood, a measly comparison to the blood they drew when they made their pact. Now, it's the real deal.

Even stands back after her blow to see Morrigan's reaction, though no matter what it is, her anger begins to cool.

Even is bombarded with Morrigan's onslaught, growling and backing up being her only two reactions. She gets a few fervent claws in herself before Nainsi tries to separate the two, to which Even barely realizes what's happening. Luckily, she notices the other kitten getting involved before she ends up injuring her too.

Still, she's not happy. Even tiredly huffs in frustration, panting and just wanting to go back to bed. But not when Morrigan is still here, doing whatever she wants. "Yeah, it's needed!" she responds fervently. "'Cause, she's gonna keep making fun of me unless I do something about it."

Whatever. Even continues to glare at Morrigan, as if doing so would disintegrate her on the spot. She hopes that bite leaves a scar, an ugly one. Maybe that'll teach her a lesson.

Nainsi's words go in one ear and out the other. Why should she say sorry? She can't, because that means being the loser, and she isn't the loser. "You started it," she retorts. "Maybe if you didn't hit me and leave me, I wouldn't be so angry at you in the first place. You keep saying I left you, when you left me! But I'm not being a baby about it, not until you started giving me nasty looks."

Even doesn't follow after her, despite every fiber of her being telling her to continue rampaging on her. In the end, she's just going to be more tired than she currently is... and now that she thinks about it, Orm is gonna be super mad at her.

At the thought, her ears pin flatly against her skull. And then... the waterworks. It was all just so overwhelming. To disguise her crying, she pretends that she got dust in her eyes, but the wetness is apparent.

She glares at Nainsi, but whether it's out of anger over her or the situation is up to the other molly's interpretation.

"Hate me now too... I don't care. I don't want friends anymore."

The silence filled Even with anger. Fine, whatever... She's so better than everyone else, isn't she?

She trots off and sleeps in a corner, far from where she usually sleeps.

Even is chewing on a stick she found. She hasn't been very active lately, ever since the... "incident" she has decided to not forget. When she thinks about it, it makes her fangs dig deeper and deeper into the bark.

As Even breaks the stick currently in her mouth, Aud arrives on time with her bundle. She flicks her tail in thanks before replacing her chew-stick.

She huffs, then grumbles out some incomprehensible words. "Do you know ALL the stuff she did to me?" she asks Aud offhandedly. "I dunno... what do you think? I'm not being a weirdo baby, right?"

Even watches Snefnug with curious intent, finding the older cat's actions strange. They're in the classroom, so it must be something nerdish... or important.

Even giggles, now thinking of herself as a raptor preying on this unknowing creature. Soon to be within her claws.

She raises a brow at the mention of scrolls. Boo, organization... but wait. The kitten gasps, before quickly hiding her mouth, though the action is far too late. Cool battle moves?

Racing against the classroom's floors, Even skids to a halt beside Snefnug, eyes wide. "I can help, I can help!" she chirps. "I'm real good at organization stuff. I can help, please?"

Satisfied with how she snuck up on Snefnug, Even smirks with her growing fangs. "Thanks!" she proudly says, a growing sense of accomplishment and pride developing in her chest. It makes her stand tall.

She takes the opportunity to gaze at the scrolls. The words on the parchments are lost on Even; she can't comprehend what they mean, but she can recognize a few letters from her times with Ivar. "Woah..." the kitten hums, nose twitching with intrigue. Some scrolls are a bit dusty, leaving her in a brief sneezing fit.

This cat seems very interesting, especially as she makes her acquaintance with Even. Snefnug, huh. Immediately as her paw is offered, Even clasps her smaller paw against it. "Even, Orm kitten!" she purrs proudly, finding her title just as fit as Snefnug's is. Soon, she'll be a novice too.

"So, you're just organizing stuff? Not actually reading? Shouldn't talons be beating cats up?" Even's words carry a genuine interest. "Scrolls are for smarty-cats, like my Uncle Ivar. And dumb Morrigan."

Upon hearing her name, Even scrambles to Ivar and Orm, nosing in their conversation. "Yeah, I'm gonna be the first!" she proudly says, obviously not catching all of what was said. "Thanks, Uncle Ivar. I knew I was your favorite!"
