It’s, you know, COSPLAY!!

Merengue busted around the corner, her arms full of clothing and petticoats and shoes.

“Corvus! Corvus! Look at all these cute clothes!”

She smiled as she saw Cordi was there too.

“Oh! Cordi, I’m glad to see you’re here too! You can help us figure out what to wear!”

As the two Yumenari stared at the younger pink haired ball of excitement, a pile of clothes with a pink tail and followed by a dog-like Cloud Pet walked in behind Merengue.

“Merengue discovered something called cosplay? Apparently…”

“APPARENTLY, tons of humans are into it! Like they go to these buildings just to show off!!

Corvus jumped back in his chair, he really should have expected his nice relaxing day to get interrupted…

Putting down the ton of fabric in their arms, Retro sighed and stretched.

“Sooo… I carried all this junk here, I’m going to leave you three to it…”

With a mischievous grin, Merengue stopped them.

“I think not my dear Retro. It’s better to experience it as a group! Besides, I think you would look absolutely STUNNING in this!”

She held out an incredibly frilly maid style dress. Retro paused, clearly interested in trying it on.

Cordi stood up and looked at the various outfits while Retro still decided if they were going to stay for the party.

With a huff, Retro took a garment, commenting they were going to change. In response, the other pink haired Yumenari grinned doing a little happy dance before turning her wolvish grinn on Corvus, who was more than happy to be staying out of this.

“Soooooo Corvi! Is absolutely nothing catching your fancy?”

He scoffed and motioned to the rather large, black, feathered wings sprouting from his back.

“Sorry, I’m not seeing anything that would be able to fit these.”

Of course, just as Corvus thought he had escaped the tomfoolery of the situation, the Delusion would pull an outfit out of the pile.

“Oh look, this one is backless! That’ll fit your wings!”

Corvus looked in horror at the scant amount of fabric in front of him.

“Cordi, ABSOLUTELY NOT. No way.”

With a shrug and grin Cordi replied, “I guess, I’ll just wear it myself!”

The winged Yumenari was happy that his mask hid the blush creeping up his face. He looked away desperately  trying to hide that heat.

“F-fine! Do what you want!”

After a quick kiss on his head, Cordi disappeared to another room to change, leaving Corvus and Merengue in the room alone.

She looked at him.

“You sure you don’t want to try anything? I’m going to force you or anything though!”

“Thanks, but yeah I’m good. Aren’t you going to put something on?”

Merengue perked up.

“Oh my gosh, you're so right! Help me pick one out okay!”

With a sigh, he agreed. Deep down, it did make him happy to be included in these silly games with his friends… even if he… isn’t ever going to tell them that.

Eventually they found an outfit for Merengue, and a rather unique outfit for Corvus, that was closer to pajamas than a cosplay but hey whatever!

Cordi came out grinning, arm linked with Retro, who looked absolutely adorable in their pink frilly maid outfit!
