CJ's Story

They are gone...Just like all the others.

CJ mewled loudly for his mother. He was hungry, and she had been ignoring his whispers. Immediately a bushy tail covered his face and muffled his mewl. He knew it was his mother, Snowy's white tail, by sent. He could smell her fear and worry. "What's going on?" he wondered, but stayed silent. He could hear Chedder and PepperJack, his brother and sister, whining and mewling quietly for milk.

Then CJ heard loud pawsteps. It sounded like a huge, loud, creature was coming near. He shrunk back in fear and mewled quietly for his mother. Snowy hissed at the lardge creature, then glanced at her kits

"Hide!" she meowed urgently, then jumped up and dived at whatever the creature was. CJ followed her order. He whipped around, and dived into the bush behind him. He kept on scampering through the brambles, then dived into a small rabbits den.He had found this the day before, as he was exploring.

He jumped as he heard PepperJack yelp and squeal. His sightless eyes widened in fear, when her screams for help faded, as she was carried away. The creature, whatever it was, had taken her. Silently, he hoped his sister would excape.

He waited for his mother to come get him. He waited so long, it seemed like it was forever, then he slowly slinked to entrance of the rabbit hole. Just as he did, he heard the creatures loud paw steps again. It was coming back! Quickly and fearfully he dived back into his hiding spot and shrunk back.

A loud scream came from only a couple foxlengths away. Chedder had also been captured. His loud mewls for Snowy only made CJ more fearful. The creature carried the young kit away, ignoring it's screams.

CJ waited longer this time. He staid in his hiding spot all day, then all night. The creature came back the next morning. It looked all around. In all the bushes, incrops in the rocks, anywhere CJ might be hiding. It didn't find him, though. It stopped looking, and left.

CJ didn't move. His belly yowled for food, but all the young kit did was listen for the creature to come back. It didn't. Somewhere far away, he heard two loud bangs. They made him shudder. Somehow, he knew those bangs had something to do with his brother and sister. He knew they were dead.

Shortly after the loud bangs, he heard Snowy calling for him, the voices of the Twoleg kits were with hers. they must have been looking for him together. He dived out of the rabbit hole and ran to them. He was shivering from fright and his fur was bristled. His sightless amber eyes were wide with fear.

"What was it?" he asked, as his mother licked him to calm him down, and the twolegs petted him.

"Housefolk" Snowy answered quietly between licks.

 "Why?" He asked

Snowy rolled her green eyes, even though CJ couldn't she it. "Who knows?! Housefolk are weird. I only stay with them becuase they give me food!"

 "What did it do?" CJ cocked his patched head. He hoped she was going to answer what he thought had happened

"They are gone, little one" Snowy said sadly, then added more quietly  "Just like all the others"

You must go

CJ sat, licking his paws. He had just eaten a tastey mouse, wich his mother, Snowy, had cuaght for him. He flicked his ears as he heard Snowy trot up to him, she had been with the housefolk, eating the small pellets they fed her. behind her, the Twoleg kits followed. They always came to see CJ

Snowy licked his head as she padded by CJ, then sat beside him. He blinked his amber eyes at her. He cuaght a small sent or worry coming off her.

"What is it?" He asked, now worried himself. The twoleg kits had began to pett him, and scratch behind his ears just as he liked it, but he padded away from them, to his mother

"You must go," she said firmly "You have to leave this place"

He pricked his ears, and faced her direction "Where would i go?"

"Somewhere other than here" She answered "follow me"

Snowy stood up and trotted rather quickly away from the house. CJ followed her, trying to keep up. The twoleg kits whatched them leave, wondering where they were going. Finally, they stood and went back to their nest

They traveled till nightfall, then Snowy stopped. She looked at CJ, her green eyes filled with saddness.

"This is where i stop. You must keep going, find yourself a new home" She said softly, then licked His head

 CJ purred softly, as she turned and trotted back the way she had come. Then he turned his own way and trotted that way, to start a live somwhere safe, and away from housefolk.

The End

So to make the rest of the story short, he joined Viper;s army, leanred how to fight, maybe got a crush ;) then he gets dragged off by a hawk and dies :( sad, I know.

A new begining.

As Colbyjack is just giving his last breath of air, a young blind kitten is born. Ginger and white patched, like our lost little friend. Soon this kitty grows to be six moons old. He lives in a loving home, with a 13 year old girl, obsessed with cats, and her parents. Although he is happy there, he can't help but feel something more is waiting for him, far away from there.

Desperate to finding his other half, young Colbyjack (Jr ^^)slipps out of the twoleg den for the last time. Boldly he travels out into the darkness of the night. Having been blind all his life, he can easily find his way, night or day.

Into the Wild

After many days of scrunging for food, barly keep out of harms way, and trudging though the street of the twoleg place, Colbyjack finaly made it to a forest. He could easily sent there were many cats living there. Right away he found himself a hom. A small incrop in a rock cliff. Now he lives as a loner of Kugyay. He found Viper's army, but his good natured personality stopped him from joining right away. He had a dream, though, being told that he had work to do there. So he joined viper's and learned to fight, and hunt properly. A little while later, he lleft vipers for a while to be trained to be a medicine cat. His mentor was murdered half way through his training, though. He came and rejoined viper's and became a medicine cat there. Soon after becoming a medicine cat of Viper's he got himself an apprentice, Vengeance. He met Mysterysong, and they became mates. He found out she was pregnant, and though the kits aren't his, he still acts as their father. He then had a small fight with Myst, but then they got back together. Mystery had more kits, his this time. They were named: Agacia, Athena, Cambrie, Kage, and Sparta.

“Moooooooommmmmmyy?!” A very young ginger and white kitten shrieked. His glassy blue eyes could only just barely open, but he used them to search his surroundings anyway. He sensed more than saw another kitten beside him. His calico sister sniffled at him in an annoyed manner. She had been sleeping when he had mewled.

“Mew!” She replied, stuffing her paw on his face. She then curled up against him and closed her eyes to get back to sleep. The ginger and white kitten kept awake, but quieter this time.
