Wynn has been taught a lot about this multiverse so knew it was a possibility, but it wasn't something she ever expected. Pius doesn't like this multiverse but can see her staring, and doesn't know what's wrong with her but she's clearly upset and he - no, someone who looks or is just like him means something to her.

She clenches her fist by her side, trying to ignore how badly it’s shaking.
It doesn’t matter what Miguel and the others said, that there’s probably one of them in every dimension just living their own different lives, but she never expected to be confronted by another version of it. Stood in a place she finds great comfort in now - looking irritated and alerting her spider sense in a way another spider person has never done before.
She’d recognise that messy red hair anywhere, across any dimension.

Wynn doesn’t know if she didn’t realize it, or if she’d simply forgotten that she’d taken her mask off, as tears well angry but also melancholy.
“What’s wrong Ceres?” She jumps as a hand comes to rest on her shoulder.
Looking up she makes eye contact with the soft eyed Trap Door - she doesn’t like the pity those brown eyes send back to her, so she looks away, blinking the tears back angrily. Imagine her, getting all bothered by some man who doesn’t know her and probably has his own little sister waiting for him at home. Her eyes must glance back at him however, and Trap Door makes some connections.
“Ah, got one of him back in your own dimension then?” She asks in confirmation, she guesses that she’s correct but doesn’t know exactly how he must connect to the younger spider person. Trap Door may have become a form of mentor to Wynn since the younger arrived, shaken - a bit of their arrival had been shared. Something bad happened to them before they were then pulled backwards into a portal and tossed into another dimension before then being rescued and taken back to HQ - and they’ve spent very little time back home since then.” You don’t have to tell me if you don’t want to.” Trap Door decides to tack on, worried that her question may have been one too far.
Wynn stays silent before then turning around to look up at Trap Door, away from the man that now feels like he’s haunting her.
“Yeah - he’s my brother… he’s, ugh” She groans and runs a hand through her hair, flopping it into her face as if she’s trying to hide, “Doesn’t matter they told me it’s something that had to happen. He’s ‘my’ symbiote too.” The words are hard for her to get out.
Wynn’s still used to thinking of them as Synth - she’s still used to thinking of them as two completely separate entities - she is not used to seeing an alternate version of them stood so nonchalant near her. It also still enrages her that she’s been told that it had to happen, that there was no other way, there had to be!
“Oh dear, it must be hard for you.” She doesn’t sound condescending as she pulls the young person into her chest, genuine pity and not like those other spiders who just shrug that it’s cannon and had to happen to her. Wynn has to stop themselves from glancing over their shoulder. It’s not him and will never be him, and the last thing she wants to do is come off as weird to some new spider that clearly doesn’t want to be here anyway.

“Can we leave now?” He groans and Wynn can’t help but flinch, the anger is evident to her but from the reactions of the others they can’t tell quite how irritated he is. She can’t help but turn and stare now, setting his entire look to memory - no, not because she’s thinking how that could be her brother, no simply so she knows how to avoid him without getting close enough to be pulled back in.

It’s rude, she knows that but she’s just staring. She can’t help it. She can’t stop. She’s just staring. Then he catches her eye. He meets her eye and walks towards her, she tries not to back off - to not run. Panic sets in and she glances around her, Trap Doors nowhere in sight anymore.
“Look, I don’t know who you are but I’d appreciate if you stopped staring at me.” He sounds exhausted and exactly like him.
Wynn swallows.
“Sorry, ah-alador.” It comes out as no more then a whisper and it’s eyes widen before narrowing again, he leans forward slightly. Slow, like an animal that may spook, he gently grabs her wrist.
“Trust me when I say I’m not him kid, and I’d appreciate only being referred to as Pius. I don’t know who he is to you but,” he pauses, he knows fear and heartbreak when he sees it, “trust when I say your heart isn’t worth trying to compare us.”
Gently he rubs circles on the underside ofher wrist, comforting and grounding her.
“Thank you.” She whispers out barely audible.
Wynn doesn’t need to see his mouth to see her smile, the way the corners of it’s eyes wrinkle.

“I thought you wanted to get out of here!” Another spider calls out and he - no Pius turns his attention to them, not yet releasing Wynn.
“Yeah, yeah I’m coming spiderlings.” He calls back to them before addressing Wynn one last time, “I want nothing to do with this place - bad enough I’ve got two of my own… but feel free to drop by if you need to vent. I’m not him but I’m sure I can help translate his motivations to you - whatever he’s done.” Pius comforts and those words mean more to her then she could ever have thought
She can’t help herself, as he releases her wrist, just before he turns to leave, she launches forward, wrapping her arms around him. He freezes solid, not like him, but doesn’t push her away.

“Thank you.” She manages to hiss out before then getting control of herself again and letting go, wiping tears away from her eyes. It’s eyes soften again before then leaving, and she just watches him go, another one leaving her life - no he said she could visit it and he’s not hers anyway. She tries to melt back into the shadows as he leaves.

“Who was that?” Black Magic asks as Pius rejoins them and it glares at them.
“I don’t know - but I feel like I will.” Pius states - before happily being the first person stepping through the portal - more than ready to go back home. Wrap it’s head over all of this, probably on the sofa with Wills tonight to work out who on earth that girl was and who she could be to him in some other world.
