“Hey, you’re a new face to Bellacoste! Would you be able to lend me a hand?”

An uneasy sounding voice followed by a sweet, vanilla smell wafted in the air, into Aries’s round bear shaped ears. Aries turned his head around, looking for the source of the sound. Woah! Sparkly.

A yellow and brown pouflon with a black Beret stumbling whilst carrying a pile of tasty smelling boxes came into view. “Um, excuse me? A little help please?” came the same voice again, this time more wobbly.

 “Oh! I’m sorry! I’m still trying to find my paws around here.” Aries hurriedly remarked, quickly taking a couple of boxes from the other Lon’s hooves. His small, sensitive green nose was overwhelmed by the rush of freshly baked goods. It smelled heavenly! Instantly his tummy started rumbling upon holding the four boxes of goodies.

The other Lon heaved a sigh of relief and then chuckled. “I baked these fresh myself from my bakery! If you want some, I’d be happy to give you a few if you can lend me a hand for this delivery. A number of Bellacostians ordered a huge bunch of pastries, and I thought I could manage ten boxes at once, oops. My bad. Thank goodness you were here to lend a paw.”

Aries looked at the shimmering bakery lon whilst helpfully holding his share of boxes. He nodded excitedly. Ooh! If those pastries were as good as they smelled, they’d surely be delicious! He excitedly followed behind, clutching his pastry boxes.
