This is gonna be super short, but do tell me if you want any longer one-shots for any of my OCs!

“You said you wanted more.”

“More effort! Not more violence!”

Bora snarled, her claws curling as she glanced down at them. Stained red with the blood of a NightWing, they seemed almost unrecognizable. Pacing around her, Princess Luckbearer frowned. “I thought we were done with this.”

“Will we ever be done with this?” Bora asked, tilting her head with a huff. “After all, I am a weapon. Raised up as one to take down those blasted IceWings. To take down my father. So do you think-”

Luckbearer raised a talon, sitting down in front of Bora. From here, Bora could see the stark contrast between the two. While the little IceWing sat with a slouch, her eyes avoiding others and darting around like a scared deer, Luckbearer…

Well, she was the epitome of a Queen. Regal and yet intimidating. Very, very intimidating. However, she didn’t scare Bora. If she simply removed her necklace and touched Luckbearer’s neck, the dragoness would be dead. They knew not to betray the other. Bora would lose the dragoness who didn’t treat her like a tool, and Luckbearer would die a meager Princess and not the Queen of the NightWings. However, their friendship had deteriorated over the years of sticking together, and right now, it was rather tempting to freeze off a scale or two. Luckbearer wouldn’t kill her over that.

“That was years ago Bora. You’re my adviser, at the end of the day, you follow my orders. Do you understand?” Luckbearer snarled, her tail lashing, eyes full of fury. For once, Bora actually felt some fear. “Don’t become what Peklo wanted you to become. Please.”

Looking down at her talons again, Bora could only frown. She snorted, looking back up.

“Fine.”
