SECTION I: PERSONALITY

Upon initial encounter with Arcadia (fondly known as Arc), individuals will notice her soft-spoken demeanor, impeccable manners, and discerning standards. However, upon deeper acquaintance, they will discover her affectionate nature, profound knowledge, and nurturing essence. Arcadia finds solace in her home library, delights in singing, and cherishes moments spent at the temple devoted to the goddess.
Arcadia delights in savoring torte cakes, especially when enjoyed in the company of her beloved ones. To her, these torte cakes serve as symbols of respect for the cherished memories shared with past companions during sweet indulgences.
Though she is very wholesome, she holds a strong aversion to succilin as she (wrongly) believes their curruption is contagious, and could infect her. As a uniccilin devoted to the goddess, she is terrified of any curruption. Slowly over time, she has softened around succilin but still retains judgement.

SECTION II: MAGIC

Aracdia's magic works in two different ways;
1. Her voice
2. Other's Voices

Her Voice
- Arcadia has a magical ability to replicate voices, encompassing tones, songs, and languages. This means that when talking to someone, she is able to adjust how they hear her tone of voice and the language they hear it in. She is able to talk to multiple people at once with each person hearing her in a seperate language if she so chooses to. This ability of her's has made her famous worldwide, when each concert-goer has a different and unique experience.
- She's unable to mimic a voice or language unless the person she's conversing with has heard that voice or is familiar with the language. Her ability to replicate is contingent upon prior exposure by the individual she's interacting with.

Other's Voices
- Arcadia possesses the ability to occasionally discern whispers of deceit when individuals lie. While this phenomenon occurs exceedingly infrequently, it serves as a valuable tool for her to gauge the genuine intentions of others. If she is in a crowd of people - she may be unable to discern which person the whisper came from.

Combat Applications
- While her voice-based magic isn't directly useful in combat, she has the ability to discern her attacker's genuine motives, potentially leveraging this insight to her benefit, or speaking to them in the voice of one of their loved ones to evoke empathy. Arc may use any trick she can think of to avoid combat.

Daily Life Applications
- When meeting new people, Arcadia may adjust her voice to sound soft & delicate to make people like her. Additionally, she is able to tell when a stranger is lying to her & can avoid them if they have potentially dangerous intentions.
- When entering business negotiations, she will adjust her tone of voice to sound more assertive & upperclass.
- Arcadia can often be found around her house, spending entire days singing while attending to chores and running errands. Her casual singing inadvertently carries traces of magic, frequently drawing the attention of wild animals to her surroundings.

SECTION III: HOMELIFE

Arc has always enjoyed her personal life. She owns a small cottage in the middle of a boreal forest where she spends most of her days reading, sewing, singing & doing everyday chores. Despite her isolation, Arcadia is compassionate- offering shelter and baked sweets to any travelers she encounters.
Beyond the confines of her home she routinely embarks on journeys to nearby temples and shrines, where she worships the goddess and seeks communion with any milqilin residing near her forest. These pilgrimages are integral to her spiritual practice, yet the distance often poses a challenge, making frequent travel beyond the forest's borders a rare occurrence.
Arc has a large library underneath her house. This library is approximately the size of a mansion, holding thousands of books she has collected over the years. The vast majority of the books pertain to research about the goddess and information about the Mal'Accilin - showing her desperation for any relavent information. When she's home, she loves to walk through her library just admiring the books lining the walls.
During her travels to other countries, she has been known to purchase up to 100 books at a time, which she stores for reading upon her return home. Unrestricted by language barriers or the rarity of a book, she remains undeterred in her quest for knowledge. While her primary interest lies in religious literature, her extensive collection also encompasses historical, biological, magical, and musical works.

SECTION IV: CELEBRITY LIFE

Once a year, Arcadia will perform opera for high society around the world under a stage-name; "Blackberry". Arc writes all of her songs about the Goddess in hopes the annual performances will attract the attention of the mal'accilin, elusive beings she longs to encounter.
If a Mal'accilin chooses to attend, it is very difficult for her to spot them in the crowd. She only hopes to make her performance so noteworthy that it excites any nearby mal'accilin into showing their halo - making it easy to spot them from a distance.
Arcadia has on occasion seen the Mal'accilin attend her performances but is very rarely able to approach them without a crowd gathering around her OR them. As she wishes to cause no chaos, she will often wait until after her performances before approaching in a disguise.
When Arc is surrounded by these upperclass milqilin all over the world, she often keeps an eye out for anyone who may have extremely valuable + rare artifacts and antiques. If she happens to spot one, she use her voice-magic to manipulate the owner into giving her the object.
Only a select few possess the means to contact her beyond the realm of concerts, as she rarely divulges her true identity. To most, she is simply known as "Blackberry," and her presence is exclusively witnessed during opera performances. This intentional anonymity serves as a safeguard, allowing her to maintain complete privacy in her personal life.

SECTION V: GOALS/FUTURE ASPIRATIONS

Arcadia is driven by a singular ambition: to uncover an artifact of such immense value that it could serve as a bargaining chip with IO, enabling her to alter past events and prevent the disappearance of the goddess. Despite her inner knowledge that such a priceless artifact likely doesn't exist, she persists in her quest, driven by a fervent hope against the odds.
