You may: Redesign as long as it isn't unrecognizable or ripping someone else's character off. Yes this means you can change species, or make it humanoid/anthro/feral, whatever you like.

do whatever you want story wise go nuts, I don't care, I'm not your parent.

trade/gift/resell.

You may not: 

Sell for more than you paid for them unless you have made or commissioned more art. 

Take credit for my work.

Re-upload and not credit me.

Characters with NSFW content will NOT BE SOLD OR GIFTED TO MINORS IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. 

DO NOT TRADE/GIFT/SELL ANY DESIGNS I CREATE TO ANY USERS ON MY BLACKLIST and likewise do not gift any of my freebies to anyone on my no Freebies list. (soft blacklist)

Art: 

Don't trace or claim my art as your own.

When re-posting my art if I have a base creator labeled please credit both of us!

Minors may NOT order NSFW

You may Edit my art so long as I am still credited in the edited piece as creator of the original image.

I retain the right to use my art for examples unless otherwise discussed.

Freebie/gift characters: 

Do not directly ask me for freebies outside of my bulletins/threads/freebie drops. Requests are only permitted in designated bulletins/forums.

I do not permit sale or trade of my freebies without added art. If you got it for free/a gift pass it on as a gift and brighten someone's day. Please.
If you have paid for commissions or made art(not free art/game art from others) please tell me and I will mark it reflecting the value change on the individual design perms so nobody will get mad at you.


First offense will result in a 3 month "cool-down" where I will auto decline any freebie claims you make. Second will be a 6 month "cool-down". Third time you're never getting free art from me again. I'm being extremely lenient on this as is considering it's my biggest rule aside from removing/altering my artist credits. 

If you subscribed and then unsubscribed for freebies I don't care, just don't do it constantly and bombard me with the notifications.

Please don't remove/change my credits, (this only applies to premade adopts/free characters). Customs requestors may add themselves as a designer/creator with me credited for design. 

Pop a 🦀(word: "crab" if emojis unavailable) emoji in your free art/character claim request if you read this.

Misc:

Multiple or severe Violation of TOS/violation of more serious rules will result in being added to my blacklist. Freebie TOS violations will land you on my no freebies list.

General blacklist rules blah blah blah. Don't help people evade my blacklist and we'll be cool. Cool.

Both lists will remain public and updated here as I see fit.

I don't appreciate people starting arguments about my TOS. Don't do that.

I hold a deep moral objection to these businesses/programs and their practices. Please respect this, thank you.
I am 100% anti NFT and anti AI art program due to both theft concerns and personal moral objections.

Minors = no NSFW. Ever.

Being a minor and asking for NSFW content of any kind is a no from me chief.

I can decline to do business with you for any reason or no reason at all at my own discretion.
This goes for me giving away Freebies too. I don't have to explain my reasoning to you.
