K- Kind: He is normally looking out for people and checking boundaries and everything so no one gets hurt, except for, of course, the villain.


A- Ambitious: Kantan became a hero in order to right the wrong his parents did and to "fix up the world" as he says.


N- Noisy: Kantan is usually making a ruckus, which spoils their cover and therefore makes Kantan to more work than he had to, which he blames on Hikitu


T- Talkative: Kantan is rambling constantly about the most unimportant things, normally stopping Hikitu's train of thought.


A- Amusing: Although annoying at times, Kantan can be pretty funny and makes jokes out of the most dangerous things.


N- Naive: Kantan usually believes many things people say, or that is at least how he presents himself?


History:


Kantan had a difficult life. He grew up in a poor household, and when he was only four, his parents died while accidentally being in a gun shootout, leaving him to their uncle. The uncle was rich, but he didn't really care about the boy as much as he did about the investment his parents left that was meant for his college. Now who's to say that he couldn't use it once they were dead. Kantan became very talkative and annoying because no one would play with him like at leas one of his parents did. One day, the uncle threw Kantan in the woods, sick of his yapping. Kantan was 10 and knew what lurked within the shadows of the trees. He saw a large shape moving towards him and got so frightened he couldn't move. The figure moved closer and closer until it formed the shape of a wolf. He still wasn't able to move. As the wolf came closer, Kantan became more and more scared for every step. The beast then stopped, orange optics landing on the boy. Time seemed to have frozen in place. Kantan could feel the pounding of blood through his veins, his heart feeling like it was going to pop. Every cell in his body told him to run, but he was completely frozen. And, in an instant, the wolf lunged at him with a piercing growl; teeth bared and ready to bite.

On instinct, Kantan looked away, braced for the impact and oncoming pain, but nothing happened. Kantan waited for the impact, but it never came. He opened his eyes and lowered his arms, seeing the runes of what looked like.... Roman numerals? He looked back up and almost fell over as he saw the wolf in mid-jump, just staying there. He looked back at his hands and then at the wolf until he realized that he controlled the time of impact and the time of the surrounding area. He was ecstatic that he actually had a power and could defend himself. He then felt that he was slightly lighter, he was confused, but didn't pay attention to it. When he started to walk, though, he realized he had started hopping.  he cast his gaze down, optics meeting white paws rather than his shoes. In the moment of shock, he slammed his hand against his chest, feeling to make sure he was still human. His hands soon came to his head, to feel two large, fluffy ears.

He felt something on his lower back twitch, and, on instinct, quickly went to check what it was; only to grab onto a fluffy ball of fur. After a moment of calming himself down, he had assumed it was apart of his quirk. Right before he left, he started time back up again, the runes disappeared and so did his bunny-like features. When he came back to his uncle and told him what happened, this uncle was absolutely disgusted by him and his newfound powers, and threw him back out into the dark night. Later when his uncle went to sleep, Kantan snuck into the house and went to the basement where the money for his college was stored. Kantan left right after and survived on his own for 4 more years before going to school and learning what he needed to know for the U.A. school placement test. He got through and passed. He used his college money for food and just in case of emergencies since he had a dorm at U.A. He had to learn all about heroes and the more he learned, the more he wanted to become a hero. The end of the year and finals came really fast. He spent the week before finals studying and reviewing the materials required to pass. He took the finals and waited a couple weeks for the results. To his relief, he passed the finals and became a qualified hero-in-training. He then applied for a job at an agency to get some experience under his belt and found Hikitu there. He immediately bonded to her and made a point to annoy her constantly. He knew this was a guaranteed way to make her acknowledge him, which is something he had never really had before. He eventually grew to understand HIkitu and like her, as she gave him the attention he never had before. He continued to irritate her as that was his way of showing appreciation and affection. They grew more and more and worked together better as a team as the years progressed. They became the team known as Tomaranai

Quirks/Powers: White Rabbit


Quirk Uses:


When Kantan uses his quirk, he can stop time momentarily to finish off the fight, or to get an upper hand. The time wears off when Kantan passes out or stops holding his breath, which is his time limit. Kantan also can use his ears to detect faint sounds, his nose to sniff out bombs and such things, and his legs for jumping extremely high (good for a quick escape).


Drawbacks:


-Using his quirk for too long can cause the runes to appear even when not being used, as a symbol of the runes keeping him together. If too many runes fill a body part, his skin will start to crack and break into time fragments.


-His rabbit leap is useful in climbing situations, but he has to be extremely precise because if he isn't he could potentially break his leg.


Special Moves:


ウサギの巣穴 (Rabbit-hole) - after a little while of fighting, if Kantan has used his time power at all, he can create a time warp to surround himself and allies with. This is useful if they messed up somewhere and need to go back.
