    I remember the night sky. How the stars twinkled under my childish gaze, making pictures in the black. They painted the sky with their dreams, each one it's own story- and each picture a bigger one. We sat upon hills overlooking the city I lived in; a small city named Clanton. My small hand reaches out for the sky, fingers outstretched as if I were to grab the stars and pull them down to us. 

"I want to go there..." my small voice chirped, breaking the silent symphony of dancing grass and orchestral crickets. 

"Go where, Ambre?" Dad asked, eyes breaking away from the stars to meet my expression; a simple smile- focused. Hopeful. 

"...The stars." I replied, gaze not breaking from the sky.
