The REA institute is a worldwide organization, set on containing and researching anomalies, to protect the public and see if the anomalies can be used to benefit humanity.
What would be considered an anomaly?
An anomaly is something that deviates from what is standard, normal, or expected. A person, object, or place can be classed as an anomaly if it meets a certain classification. If it meets said classification, then the institute will work to contain it, or the surrounding area.
What happens to people who're classed as anomalous?
If someone is classed as anomalous, the institute will send out a specially trained individual(s) in order to get them contained, depending on the anomalies effects/danger level, the individuals responding can either be a team of armed soldiers or a single person.
Anomalous individuals are contained in cells, fitted with furniture, or whatever is suited for their needs, they can request certain commodities, which will be either approved or declined by certain ranked personnel.
Anomalous individuals will be given a code, eg. S-90 ( The S standing for subject ), which they will be referred by.
What if a group of people is classed as anomalous?
If the group of said people is unable to be contained, the institute will monitor and track their activity, and try to eventually contain them.
