There are several jobs at the institute, which include:

A supervisors job is to make sure everyone is working, that no one is acting inappropriately or slacking, they're of a high rank and can make decisions on whether a research can go further or if a certain subject requests something, 

Doctor/nurse

A doctor's jobs are to help and cure already known illnesses and to make sure subjects are in good health. 

Assistant

An assistant's job varies widely, whoever they're assigned to takes orders and does them, assistants can be from outside the facility or can be anomalies that have been deemed useful for the job.

researcher

This job is pretty simple, the researcher is either assigned something to research, but they often don't conduct experiments, they're mostly to document anomalies and tests.

anomalous entities researcher

An anomalous entities researcher, or AER worker for short, researches and studies entities that come into the institute's containment, they're the ones who can dissect, carry out experiments, ask questions to anomalies, go inside anomalies containment chambers and send in low ranked personnel to carry out risky experiments. Their goal is to find out as much as they can about where the anomaly came from, who they are, how did they become like this, and if there are more like them. 

Anomalous objects researcher

This job is similar to the anomalous entities researches, AOR worker researches and studies objects that come into the institute's containment, they document the effects of the object, and see what use it has.
